  1. 10-4...and thanks!
  2. Basically, it's a snap tool/kit for adding button snaps. You can pick these up at Joann fabrics, or most fabric stores. Some Wal-marts carry them too. ----------
  3. All I can say is "WOW" and spelled backwards, that's a "WOW" too...! No matter what you do Julie...you look amazing!
  4. I have a craft box filled with Velcro (various shapes, colors, and sizes), elastic strapping (b&w), scissors, exacto knife, xtra blades, Gorilla Super Glue, E6000, poppers/snaps, duct tape (b&w), spare green lens, hot glue gun w/sticks, xtra decals, and touchup paint (b&w). There's also misc stuff that I have collected over the last year of trooping in 3 costumes.
  5. You know Jesse's setup is going to look sweet...
  6. I have one with, and one without a counter so I can go either way.
  7. macht mich krank... :ninja:
  8. Cool idea...I dig your blue foam too Grant!
  9. I use Goo-Gone a lot and then use Novus polish to clean and shine it. Mostly I use it for paint cleanups. However, for ABS glue or Velcro glue cleanup I use Goof-Off instead.
  10. Great pic...
  11. I have the straight Aker 10W and iCOMM combo. I added a small MP3 player and run the TK loop through it. Had a troop last weekend at Texas A&M college and once I found the right volumes and levels, it was awesome. People could hear me, the static bursts, and the MP3 playing the TK loop. I had thought about a MEM wireless mic and even a throat mic but have since decided to stick with this straight forward setup.
  12. It's Darth Vader's "slower" cousin Bob Vader.
  13. Welcome to FISD...! Sounds like you definitely jumped right in; not sure what you got though...pics would be good.
  14. That's what I use...
  15. I used E6000 on my rubber handguards; no problems. I did use it "sparingly" and allowed it to cure for 24 hours. --------
  16. Good luck with your build, you are off to a great start...!
  17. Hey brotha Shane...good to see you over here too! You did an awesome job on this build sir, very nice TX!
  18. I agree...RT-MOD.
  19. Good choice...your bucket will look better in the long run.
  20. CONGRATS and looking forward to working with you...!
  21. Thanks for your help Paul!
  22. Run from the Rubies... If you search around you will find a much better alternative that is accurate and can be approved.
  23. You look awesome as always Julie...! I hope it is not cold where you are going!
