  1. I think I mentioned in another thread I have never seen any screen caps with the squared off frown, I personally think that this was used only for background Death Star helmets. Nothing seen on screen has squared off frowns. ------------- Joe
  2. Good advice above. Women just like to know that you have put some thought into things, what you spend or do isn't as important. Here's some good advice: Valentine's Day can feel like a potential minefield, especially if you are in the early stages of a relationship or going on a first date. Here's advice on just how you can successfully navigate the challenges and have a perfect evening. SELECT A GIFT One of the first major Valentine's Day pitfalls to avoid is choosing an inappropriate gift. If this is one of the very first dates, you don't have to give her a gift. If you invite her out, you should pay for dinner and buy a nice bottle of wine if your budget allows it. If Valentine's Day happens to land in the early stages of a new romance (a few dates, before sex), it can be pretty tricky. In addition to the above, flowers are ok...but have them delivered prior to the date (sweet), do not hand carry them (try hard). If you do choose to do flowers, avoid a dozen roses. One or three is great. Things change when you're selecting a Valentine's Day gift if you're involved in a periodic romance situation (friends with benefits or any other relationship where sex is the focus and neither of you want or expect more). Here you can have some fun, be adventurous, and buy a gift that reflects the foundation of the relationship. This is the time to buy the gift that is risque and represents hot sex in a sexy but never insulting or degrading way. The fun, not-quite-Victoria's-Secret lingerie, the velvet handcuffs, fishnets and garter belts, videos, and sex toys. THE DATE With the proper gift obtained, there is still much to be done for setting up the perfect date, and you should start early. Spend the day flirting with her in text messages. Tease her, entice her, keep her excited about the special evening she will have with you. Let her know how much you are looking forward to the night, and that it is not just another date. This is, after all, Valentine's Day, and you are going to make it special. Anyone can give a bunch of flowers, and a box of candy, but only someone with imagination can do it with finesse. Remember that on the date itself, all of your basic Stylelife skills still apply. Keep your attitude fun and playful. It's important to be interested, and be interesting. Fascinate her, engage her, and take her on an exciting emotional ride. In the end, these are what matter most, not the location or activity. DESSERT Having a prepared dessert is a great excuse for the two of you to go back to your place together. Chocolates will stimulate a woman sexually, so use them wisely. The sexiest thing about chocolate is its taste and its unique melt-in-your-mouth quality. Try a bowl of strawberries and dipping chocolate. This will be amazingly fun and exciting. Make sure you have extra melted chocolate for finger painting. The body is a bare canvas. TURN UP THE ROMANCE If you really want to create special sensual effects for her, focus on stimulating all her senses at once with one or more of the following: * An assortment of different fragrant flowers strategically placed to fill the room. * A bottle of champagne. Not only does this stimulate taste, but touch as well as it tingles under her nose while she sips it. Keep these experiences all about sensuality, excitement and stimulation. * A sensual body massage using some lavender oils. It's true that a new romance is a difficult Valentine's Day to plan for because you do not want to rush a situation that needs a little bit of time to evolve. Simply stay attentive to her comfort levels and her level of attraction. Remember, ultimately there are no rules. It's about you and her creating a memorable experience. Now go have fun, and make it the best Valentine's Day for both of you! Hope this helps.... JoeR
  3. Anyone that gets that stressed over what are effectively toys needs to get a life This is meant to be a hobby, some people have lost sight of that Much more fun here anyway. Joe
  4. I think that I speak for most people when I say that this is a hobby. Hobbies are supposed to be fun, Gino takes the fun out of the hobby for me. He hoardes information in an effort to elevate himself to some kind of divine status. He savagely attacks others like me, Sithlord, TE, TM, GH etc in relentless smear campaigns. TE found an original helmet, which trust me is no easy feat, nor is it cheap, and took moulds, without this Gino would have nothing, then surprise surprise the deal went sour with TE. Gino lies about the origins of his Darth Vader helmets and is constantly adding details when others make discoveries with regards to accuracy. What would we lose by not having the company of this aggressive, nasty little piece of work? There are others with equally if not better knowledge of Stormtroopers and Vaders, such as Jez Hill aka 'Bingbongo' I am fed up of the constant attacks, it is ruining what should be a fun hobby. Joe
  5. I think this is just an AP helmet by another name. The AP seems to be from the GF moulds, albeit slightly modified. Joe
  6. Great work, they look fantastic, thats a great looking ROTJ bucket. Joe
  7. Gino I have to disagree with you on this one. I am sat here with my original Jedi helmet in my hands. The bulge Paul is talking about is NOT caused by the assembly of the helmet not is it from any kind of pressure the back/cap or ear stems. The 'kink' as I call it is 100% from the moulds. With the greatest of respect if you held an original in your hands this would become very apparent to you. I can only comment from the ROTJ perspective, having never handled an original ANH/ESB helmet. I have pics of a Jedi faceplace on its own I will try to dig them out. Joe EDIT: Jez is the man to speak to, he has held double figures of original helmets in his two hands, he studies these things to a crazy level!
  8. I think some were left over and used in Jedi. Jez is the real expert here...
  9. I must have missed that Thanks D Will pm him. Joe
  10. If anyone has the facilities and interest to do this please drop me a pm. Joe
  11. This is not a 'hissy fit' as you put it. People like TK4510 are condoning rip-off merchants like Rob aka RT Mod. To paraphrase TK4510 it is fine to rip off people like TE's work if you put your hands up after the event and make a deal. Are we not missing the point here guys? He put the TE faceplate in silicone in the first place.... Newbies need to be educated or it becomes a free for all, hence my OT posts. Is it any wonder that people like me, with moulds from an original Stormtrooper Helmet, are reluctant to bring new products to the market with this sort of BS going on. Joe Ps: I, like an idiot, sold CAP the smooth cap TE helmet that he cast to make his helmets, on the MEPD.
  12. Just for the record that statement is incorrect. RT Mod is a recast, the faceplate is a TE rip-off. Also the FX armour is ripped off from GF. The ONLY reputable helmets/armour kits are from Laws, TE, TE2, AP or TM, or a Gino if you are lucky enough to find them. Joe
  13. Just for the record, Chris tooks casts of a normal flat cap TE that I sold to him on the MEPD. He has never been near an original mould Quoted for truth. Joe
  14. Is this derived from TE's moulds? What is the history? Joe
  15. Too true, avoid this guy like the plague. Joe

    SW Live Action TV

No doubt Lucas will make a balls-up of this like everything since Jedi. I am not holding my breath. Personally I would love to see proper ANH TK's, but I think the chances are slim... Joe
  17. Here's a picture of my background helmet's mic tips. They have a nipple inside as you can see. Keith's would perfect for a replica of these as his would be the same generation, ie second gen. Joe
