1. Jenny, Have you seen BIDS' build thread? He may be the first to every assemble RT with cover strips. Oh and... paint that vocoder would ya? -Eric
 2. One word: Yay Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
 3. Crap. I shouldn't have said anything! -Eric
 4. I think we're moving a little too far from the original point of this thread. Maybe you guys can take it to PM? To everyone else.... Did I mention that if you're using a 2011 theme I'll be switching you to FISD 2012 the first week of December? Thanks, -Eric
 5. All, I have removed the two 2011 themes from the theme selector link at the bottom of the forum. You may still use the 2011 themes until the the beginning of December. I will be resetting everyone using any 2011 theme to FISD 2012 at that time. There will be further mention of the switch in the December newsletter. A new theme will be developed for 2013. Stay tuned. Aloha, -Eric
 6. Glen, The CRL changes we voted for have not gone through yet. After the detachment voting closes the command staff works closely with the LMO to make mutually agreeable edits. This is still in process but I promise it is actively under discussion. For the sake of the overall look of your TK I would suggest just building to that level regardless I sure wish I had! Thanks for your patience, -Eric
 7. Yeah man. The strap should really go from the inside of the bicep to the inside of the forearm. Not just because that's what they used on screen but I think you'll be more comfortable that way and the strap will be less noticeable. -Eric
 8. Oh I so dream of the freedom of movement, the ability to sit down, and being able to drink a beer with my helmet on. Maybe 2014 will be the year I go biker. Of course there's the "oh look a stormtrooper" the TB's always get. Ha ha. -Eric
 9. This guy makes nice T-21s: http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?/topic/10716-FS-8-T-21s-with-stain-choice-and-PAYMENT-PLAN/ I think there are a few other bfgs for sale on Mepd.net forums. -Eric Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
 10. +1 And... maybe the first I've seen... is that true? I think so. -Eric
 11. I hang my aker amp around my neck but if I have it too high up in the chest I get feedback. Mine hangs so low that it is somewhat behind my ab plate around my belly button (not all that comfortable) I'm using the aker mic. At some point I'll do something easier/better but for now it works fine. -Eric
 12. Hop on over to http://MEPD.net and they should be able to answer your question in better detail.... I have this one helpful thread bookmarked for my own TD pack. Another TD in my outpost just used nylon webbing. I sorta like the idea of cutting off the straps of an old knapsack Aloha and good luck with your TD build, -Eric
 13. FWIW: Clamps found this post for me the other day about ROTJ strapping from Sskunky & TM. -Eric
 14. Mine didn't stay all that well on my RT bucket. I used a few drops of CA glue as well.... but E-6000 would have been smarter. -Eric
 15. http://www.imperialofficer.com/forum/ Look to the IOC -Eric
 16. Oh I thought you were showing off your crotch split rivet and snaps per the crl. -Eric
 17. This has been broken on FISD for a really long time. I finally fixed it. You can now use tables here on FISD. Until I figure out how to otherwise specificy a width, all tables are 100% of the width of the post area. You should be able to use all the regular formatting options inside each TD. For those of you who aren't up on how HTML tables work here is an explaination of the tags: TABLE - This is the table tag (hello?!) TH - Table header. For now it is always gray. This tag takes an option of how many columns to span. This is an optional tag. TR - Table row. This tag must contain TD tags. TD - Table data(?) This is where the cell text goes. You may specify the percent of table with this tag's option. Example 1:
[th]Column 1[/th][th]Column 2[/th]
Cell 1 - 25% WidthCell 2 - 75% Width

[td2]Cell 3[/td2][td2]Cell 4[/td2]

Makes:
[th]Column 1[/th][th]Column 2[/th]
Cell 1 - 25% WidthCell 2 - 75% Width

[td2]Cell 3[/td2][td2]Cell 4[/td2]

Example 2:
[th=2]Column 1 Spanning Two Columns[/th]
Cell 1 - 80% WidthCell 2 - 20% Width

[td2]Cell 3[/td2][td2]Cell 4[/td2]

Makes:
[th=2]Column 1 Spanning Two Columns[/th]
Cell 1 - 80% WidthCell 2 - 20% Width

[td2]Cell 3[/td2][td2]Cell 4[/td2]

Example 3:

Cell1 Cell 2

[td2]Cell 3[/td2][td2]Cell 4[/td2]

Makes:

Cell Cell 2

[td2]Cell 3[/td2][td2]Cell 4[/td2]

18. Clampenberg: Please buy a kev animated clone so I can ask YOU questions someday in the way distant future... after my next costume(s). -Eric
 19. (And...No. I'm not using this on the EIB page)
 20. Oh damnit Clamps. As if we don't have enough to do around here. Ha... you caught quite fine typo in my script. I fixedy fixed it. Thanks man. -Eric
 21. No. It's an ill tempered mutated sea bass.
 22. My wife said he only way she'd get dressed up in some sort of Star Wars costume is if/when our son is old enough to ask her to. I'm at peace with that. She is super supportive of my habit and that's all I ask. But yes you should use the force to force your husband into a TK. Does he like Halloween and costumes in general? Aloha, -Eric
 23. Here's Luke's hero suit from the Bluray bonus materials: Most of the up close screen caps of ab buttons I could find were hero too. -Eric
 24. (I would be delighted to be wrong)
