    I actually have a few of these. I have my TI and IC gear in one and I use them for camping with the Scouts. I believe my TK stuff would fit in one with no trouble, but I already have that all packed in a Husky box.

    This cut out pattern on the backs of the leg armor is fairly common and true to screen used costumes. What exactly do you feel is wrong here?

    I agree that it is a tiny difference, if any at all. I wore my undersuit when fitting, but I think you could get away without it.

    Wow. I am working on a counter right now and that is some great work and ideas. Thanks for sharing.

    I used the Plasti-dip spray. I had used the Plasti-dip liquid for years and did not (at the time) even know about the spray. I seperated my helmet into the face plate and the bucket itself, masked off holes to prevent over spray, and put a couple of coats on. It cuts down on internal light, reflections on my lenses, noise, rattle, and insulates. I am quite pleased I did it and do recommend it to those I help.

    Could be the fan. I am in IT so those little fans are easily salvaged from old machines, but some fans are just noisy or poorly made.

    My fans sit on a rail system that fits into my helmet. The fans do not rest on the helmet itself, so they create very little noise. ukswrath makes the full rail kit.
