  1. Ah yes, very nice. I did something similar. Your method should be a great help to many.
  2. More clamps!! Good luck on the build. We are here to help. The kitties look ready to help also.
  3. This book is a must have for any TK fan.
  4. I agree with Frank. "Cheap" is not a description you want on your armor purchase unless you are lucking into a situation with used armor or something similar. Most accurate is a minefield as well, but a battle much easier won. Truth be told, the vast majority of us are "on a budget". This hobby is far from a cheap one and I am a firm believer in the old adage, "you get what you pay for". My advice would be to do some research, save your money and use patience. Good luck future trooper!
  5. Very nice armor! These are all the photos asked for, but I would show a picture of the outside view of the snaps on your butt plate there at the crotch. You have a nice front side picture of the crotch strap and connectors, but it is also important to see the outside of the snaps at the butt plate. (I hope this makes sense). Great eye for detail. That E-11 is a thing of beauty. I see you getting approved very soon!
  6. I agree with what has been said. Nice work on the build. You've done ell with this kit.
  7. Still in the market for one. Looking forward to this.
  8. Nice job of gathering the required photos. As someone has mentioned, I'd paint those detonator screws. Otherwise, this is a fine set of armor. Good luck!
  9. Congratulations Zac! You should be proud. I look forward to seeing your EIB application. If you need any help with it, feel free to reach out. Good work trooper!
  10. I use both. Honestly, I have discovered no difference between the two and white actually matches up with my armor fairly well. I will admit, it was not a conscience choice to start using white as I generally use clear, but in this case accidentally got white and ran with it. Strength-wise, they are both holding quite well after a couple of years.
  11. Beautiful blaster. I hope to finish one like it soon.
  12. The build is coming along nicely. Those ear gaps are actually quite screen accurate. Keep up the good work trooper!
