  1. I don't remember if that blaster is the actual pugman, but the pugman is like the one in the picture. Here's another from the same photoshoot.
  2. Yup! They bought Pugman's master mould and the rights to cast new copies of it.
  3. Yeah, the original decals used in the movie didn't really fill out all the space available either. As seen on this helmet, known as the "patch helmet".
  4. They meet base 501st requirements, almost. You'll need to replace the plastic belt with canvas. But for the price you pay for it, you can get so much better stuff that getting it is pretty pointless.

  7. Very nice.
  8. That's one of the quirks with ATA as it has arms coming from two different sources. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  9. The belt is fine where it is. It's sitting high on pretty much all the original suits.
  10. On the canvas belt to hold the ends together.
  11. I think I'll stick with my rom/FX. After all, it is purpose built for the task.
  12. What do you mean with bucket off photos? Does not compute.
  13. I agree. As soon as you fix the hand guard stitching I think Centurion should be in the bag.
  14. It should depend on if you wear silk gloves or rubber (both kinds were used in the movie). Silk/cotton should be stitched on. But regardless, just because there has been incorrect judgments in the past, does it mean we should keep doing them. Should you change to rubber gloves, you should not have the holes where the stitching goes. So I would recommend just adding the extra stitches.
  15. Nope, you have only 4 stitches. You need 5.
  16. Not to be a pain in the an impolite person, but you need the holes and stitching in the front of the hand guards. Armour looks great though.

  19. I have not done any steam heating. But I have boiled TD end caps and knee belts to heat them up to better fit or just to bend them into shape. And while the water might be boiling, I doubt that I ever left the parts inside the water long enough to actually reach 100C themselves. I find it to be a good method for the smaller parts, and way safer than a heat gun.

  21. Yeah, I had to really look for something that could look like a logo of some sort and it was the only thing I could find.

  23. I'm guessing he referrers to the drop box elastic that seems to bend back upwards on picture 1.
  24. Yes, I think you can raise your chest a bit. At least an inch, maybe even two. If the neck gets too tight, you can make the opening a little large instead. As for the flares, you can try a heatgun or something and maybe bend them back a little as long as you are careful and go slow.
