  2. We're working on it.
  3. Greeblie is a common word in prop-related discussions. It simple means "random piece of whatever that makes the prop more interesting".
  4. As the old saying goes: Don't copy a copy.
  5. Great! Shipping shouldn't be much. for such a small package.
  6. 3/8" is too big head size, and don't bother with steel, it's both not the right material, and will be very hard to split.
  7. Nope, 6 mm is the length of the legs. The head size is 8 mm diameter. It's the most accurate rivets found I've seen. TM also uses identical ones on his builds. Although you might want to get rivets with longer legs as those are easier to split than the shorter legs.
  8. Any excess rivets you can do like me and give away in your garrison, or just sell here if you like. It's a free market after all.
  9. See if you can't get brass split rivets instead. It's more authentic. I posted an ebay link in ladyinwhite's centurion thread for a pack of 100 brass split rivets. You might even save a dollar on that.
  10. That is acceptable. I don't think you need to replace the belt though. 2 small holes where the old rivets are isn't something to worry about. Once the fabric frays a little that fraying will probably cover up the holes, yet it won't compromise the integrity of the belt. Cap rivets go on the knee and split rivets on the side and crotch. Looking forward to seeing your upgrades. Post them up here once you've done them. With that said, you're not approved.
  11. Well, now you know what to do once you get back home. Have fun at CVI.
  12. Overall this is an excellent ATA build. So congratulations to that! I do have a few suggestions on improvements. As noted earlier, your blue ab buttons are a tad too dark. French blue would be more correct. Your holster is attached too high up on the belt, the rivets should be closer to the bottom. And you might want to upgrade those brads to split rivets. I can't stop your approval on any of those mentioned "flaws". But I can give you some time to fix them if you want. Let me know if you want a happy deployment officer or a badge.
  13. Excellent EIB submission. Approved.
  14. 8 mm head size should do you fine.
  15. Yes we have proof of that. Ask RS.
  16. Suspenders are a terrible idea. Just connect the ab and chest together, as well as back, kidney and butt and let it all hang loose together. It'll save you lots of hassle.
  17. I've moved around some people now, so hopefully the eib page is more in order.
