Easy fix! They are adjustable.

Good luck with Approval! And then on to EIB For more comfort whilst trooping, it might help to lower the thighs a bit. They seem to hit the codpiece. A centimeter lower would help avoid any pinching and shouldn't impact your knee mobility much
