Hey Glen, hold off on comments on my questions above. I just measured and found the tube on the left side is 7mm lower, or away from the top than it is on the right side. I'm going to drill out the rivets and do what I can to put it all back together so that it looks acceptable.

In this position, I get the best fit along the tube, but is that too much edging showing? The next photo will be with the ear covering up the entire seam but with a substantial space between it and the tube. See below - even when I press down on the ear as I'm doing here, that's the best I can do with completely covering up the seam. not a lot of progress as the wife has not been feeling the best and when she was we got her suited up in her Mara Jade and trooped. But I put epoxy on the helmet I printed and I'm going to work on it until the resin commission gets here. If it works for her, great, I'll keep the resin one for my kit (when ever Walt finishes it), if not we'll swap.

You may want to take a little more material of the tops of your sniper plate, For a more screen accurate look, it is suggested that the top of the rear ridge of the sniper plate be aligned with the top ridge of the calf. Also note that the sides are angled rather than curved. References: You could also trim a little more of your ab button plates

Looking good trooper, before the DO's start your review you may want to remove a little of the pain on the gums: For Basic approval and above, Frown is painted gray and does not leave the teeth area.
