According to the CRL, you may want to add the following photos that i'm sure the D.O. Team will surely ask you for:

1- Close photo :Right and Left ,outside and inside of your Thigh ammo pack to see the rivets type.

Level two certification (if applicable):
Thigh ammo belt is attached to thigh with a solid head rivet, painted white, in the upper corner and fastened to the lower thigh ridge.
The rivets used shall be single cap, double cap or split rivets. No pop rivets allowed.
Rivet should be approximately 5/16" (8mm) in diameter (exterior).

2- Close Photo of your Sniper Knee Right and Lef side to see alignment

Level two certification (if applicable):
Sniper knee plate must be aligned with the ridges on the shin.
Sniper knee plate must not have visible rivets or fasteners attaching it to the shin.

3- Close Photo of your boots:

Level two certification (if applicable):
There is no seam present on the front of the boot.
Boots have a black sole

4- Close photo of your ab section to see the ab buttons and Han rivet.

A split (bifurcated) or single cap rivet is present on the lower tab (cod area) of the abdomen armor.
Rivet does not need to be functional.
Rivet on must be brass or silver in color, approximately 5/16" (8mm) in diameter and is not painted.

5- Close photo of your chest to Back plate connection to see the white fabric

Chest and back shall be connected with a white fabric or preferably elastic strap at the shoulders.

The D.O team will let you know of any additional photos to submit.

Good luck with your approval mate!!  :salute:

Nice work, you may want to reduce the amount of paint on your ab buttons, also appears you may have trimmed off the plate on the large ab plate. You could also trim the smaller ab plate a little more

1x1DKtD.jpg         LSuei4K.jpg?1

You will need to adjust your right shoulder and equal the gaps at your forearms/wrist area

cmczVaG.jpg

You could trim the excess material from your belt, normally they end just at the end of the TD

1h5Ojy4.jpg0y5NexF.jpg?1

You have a lot of shoulder strap on the rear and not enough on the front, you could move it down on the chest. Normally on the front it is 1 large tab and 4 to 5 smaller tabs BUT ATA straps are short so I could only have 2 1/2 small tabs on my fronts.

yJBS5Vd.jpgk85ELoM.jpg?1 FAKhPZ2.jpg?1

Appears you have attached the holster straps in the wrong spot, should be on the lower part of the belt not in the middle. They should also start closer to the plastic belt section.

dePNOUG.jpg

Z2zv5hx.jpg4eW2R4K.jpg?1

You need to add black line around your ear bumps. Angle of your ears are a little off and too far back.

PP1jFKI.jpg  oYDEzWK.jpg?1               7T1e1J0.jpg?1 aqL1Zj9.jpg?2

Frown paint should taper a little more on the ends

s4AllTr.jpg?1

Tube stripes on your left are not straight on your left, should be same distance along the cheek, a pencil width

xc6NC3y.jpg   4Abat2D.jpg?1

You could also add a little more paint to the steps of the vocoder

     rmMCj1s.jpg?1yjHcKIA.jpg?1

Side ab snap should be a little higher.

vUC4Sib.jpg lA0qpzp.jpg?1

Screws on the TD should match both sides, in type and position

yxKYbXj.jpgQKiTB7a.jpg?1

You could trim a little more off the top and bottom of the plastic belt section (its a little jagged) as well as the ends. Also reduce the gap to the drop boxes.

dePNOUG.jpg

Z2zv5hx.jpgcYrWLyH.jpg?1IMG 20160313 153241

A few adjustments and you should be good, best wishes.

Thanks for the updated photos, Cody, and great job on the fixes!  Your EI submission has been completed except for one item that needs to be addressed, which is a requirement for that level.  As per the CRL for Basic approval, "Cover strip(s) must end at the top of the lower ridge in front and back".  It's all about the details, sir, and 2 minutes with a Dremel or razor knife can take care if this!

Hi Cody, and thank you for your EI submission!  In the following review I will be going over items pertaining to your current submission, as well as those that will be required for Centurion level should you choose to apply.

CRL and EIB Application Requirements:

All required submission photos have been posted and I am very pleased to announce your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for ANH Stunt Expert Infantry. On behalf of Sha Sha and myself,  Congratulations!   :salute:

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:

In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor.  Note that we consider both text (CRL) and pictures (screen caps/reference images) when reviewing submissions.

Although you have quite a few issues to deal with before you apply for Level 3, I know that you can do it, brother!  It may take an afternoon or two of time, but as I have seen your recent fixes you have the talent to take care of these and then we can get you to Centurion!

Let's start from the top, shall we?

Your tube stripes are perfect in shape and size, but unfortunately they are not located in the right position.  The fronts angle down a bit too far away from the cheek, and should follow the line as shown.

                                                                                                                       Reference images

C6fM9Rr.jpg                  r2JLX4D.jpg?1  3v2QpTO.jpg?1

Although not a deal breaker, we are suggesting that the bottom of the left ear be moved to where it lines up as seen in the blue dotted line.  From what I can see, the right ear looks good.

                                                                                                                                                                   Reference images

6bzhv1X.jpg   zm2OL1V.jpg?1               AMk09UJ.jpg?1  fwN3atA.jpg?1  CEjvQdb.jpg?1

There seems to be some leftover return edge on the bottom of that ear as well which could be removed for a better look.

                                                                                                                                                        Reference images

tkQZ9RQ.jpg         N6NTAdt.jpg?2  IuobOB1.jpg?1  Blo1N4d.jpg?1

It's VERY close, but we are recommending that you trim down the edges of your small ab-button plate and make sure the buttons themselves have a round appearance.

Centurion Requirements

In this section we prepare you for Centurion. More photos may be requested in the future that allow us to make better decisions on possible adjustments. If there are any areas of concern they will be discussed here.

Because Centurion photos show much more detail than those for Expert Infantry, items to pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all that we can from what is seen, but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper.

Since Centurion is our highest level, we must look at all the details, large and small.  As noted above, we use not only the CRLs but screen references as well in our reviews to make sure that you truly look your best!  Although there were many variations in the film(s), for our purposes we aim for the "ideal" TK, and hope you will as well!

Your left one is great, but the right shoulder bell needs to be turned in at the front to better match it and eliminate the gap. There needs to be " ...a minimal gap between the shoulder armor and chest/back plates".   A simple strapping issue that should be easy to fix.

                                                                                                                                                                           Reference images

l6V4Dow.jpg               nTuzMLJ.jpg?1  ga0GmLP.jpg?4

The back plate is overlapping the kidney plate a little more than it should and will need come up some (looks like about half an inch or so).   A small amount is OK, but as per the CRL for Level 3, it "...shall have no, or minimal overlap of the kidney plate".

                                                                                                                                                         Reference images

yk0lV8r.jpg  wx8NwZN.jpg?1  0ZudYZc.jpg?1  Tww5cP2.jpg?1

The biceps are currently sit at different heights, and will need to be leveled out.  I am suggesting taking the right one down.  (See next item).

ZEAD96Q.jpg   z8wgVgb.jpg

                                                                                                       Reference images

         qqtwqWL.jpg?4                            AgLVARh.jpg?1

The left one is spot-on, but your right forearm is sitting high and needs to be lowered to match the left one and eliminate the gap between the lower opening  and wrist.  This will create a gap under the bicep, which is why I suggested bringing that one down,

                                                                                                                                                                 Reference images

NnEUQnk.jpg          kXugCY1.jpg?2    f2NSyyK.jpg?2

As per the the CRL, "No return edge on the inside of the front forearm is allowed".  This includes the inside of the small "hump" area.  Two minutes with a Dremel and you are good to go!

                                                                                                                                                                            Reference images

S3tXgog.jpg    H2QiXcV.jpg                46QS6rq.jpg?1  qLdE09B.jpg?1  IjouIvV.jpg?1

Again, SO close, but your ABS belt needs to come up.  Note in the reference images how the top of the belt touches or even overlaps the bottom button(s).

                                                                                                                                                                         Reference images

eZHSjiv.jpg         XWSG1hZ.jpg?1 MHkwx1r.jpg?1 fFHksu7.jpg?1

Your cloth belt is the correct width, but the length extends too far past the end of the TD.  In a perfect world the end should sit behind the TD.

                                                                                                                                  Reference images

 gpoHFSJ.jpg             PUKSzJW.jpg?1  fKbaVW7.jpg?1  YcwX4f4.jpg?1

Your right one is good-to-go, but the left drop box needs to be raised to where there is "...a minimal gap between belt and box".  Easy fix!

                                                                                                                        Reference images

8s6r74N.jpg            RJEJyQ3.png?1   p3T2nBX.jpg?1  V5t0fyt.jpg?1

This is a tricky issue... at present your holster is sitting too far back and needs to be moved forward to sit more on your side.  (In the reference images you will see how the front of the holster covers the front of the posterior plate).  BUT, just moving the straps closer to the ends of the ABS belt will leave holes in it, and for Centurion, the belt "... cannot contain patches of any sort".  This includes holes, sad to say, so we would need you to replace the belt.

                                                                                                                              Reference images

CWMrUcG.jpg          3wJjWg6.jpg?1   bd9F5U5.jpg?2  tFzmiH9.jpg?3

Although not specifically mentioned in the CRL, we have traditionally insisted that the ends of the thigh ammo pack be centered on the bottom ridges on each side.  A small difference is no big thing, but in this case the disparity is pretty big.  In photo A, the rear edge on the right (outside) extends all the way to the angled corner, but in photo B the left (inside) sits about 2 inches back from it,

                    A                                                                                                                                            Reference images

r3aKPA8.jpg  bzoftfh.jpg        e5pzN5R.jpg  esnQgfE.jpg  ANkzG5s.jpg

We appreciate you removing the bottom of the cover strip as requested, but the gap will need to be filled with ABS paste and the area smoothed out a bit.

                                                                                                                          Reference images

  CfHYYu1.jpg     WuWdsHF.jpg?1   ihWMGT3.jpg?1

You got the angle correct on the ridges, but the top angles will need to be reduced.  Another simple fix with a Dremel!

                                                                                                                                                                  Reference images

BGq4IEg.jpg    ZkaFGWB.jpg         QXF37Zs.jpg?1  9OyQLFU.jpg?1

A super easy fix here, Cody.  The strap on the right needs to be mounted on the inside of the holster.

                                                                                                                             Reference image

0I78aVu.jpg?2    DHIp8c5.jpg?3

As I'm sure you know, your blaster will need to be replaced for Centurion.  "Hasbro and Rubies blaster are not allowed, even conversions"

oZpxITz.jpg?1

And there you have it, brother.  Do you have some work ahead of you?  Yes, but with the way you jumped on the requested adjustments I have faith that you will find the time to "get er' done" so that we can eventually add that Centurion badge under your name!  If you need help with any of the fixes, just ask,,, we are at your disposal, sir!
