Hi Nizam, welcome and thank you for your EIB application!
CRL and EIB Application Requirements:
All required photos have been posted. Your armor displays all necessary elements as set forth in the level 2 CRL.   On behalf of the D.O. Staff, I would like to congratulate and welcome you to EI, Trooper.

 

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:
In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. We have a few areas to discuss so let's get started, brother.  As we go through these keep in mind the accuracy of your armor is ultimately up to you. 

 

1.  The positioning of your right ear is perfect, but your left one could use some adjusting.  The center of the circular part at the top should line up with the rear of the trap... basically where the brow trim ends.  The bottom could be moved back a bit as well.  Note how the screws in the reference photos below follow the angle of the rear of the trap.  If you can safely move this it would greatly improve the look.

2.  Your right forearm could definitely be moved up a bit to match the one on the left.  There should be about a 10 mm gap on both sides.

 

    

 

3.  You have 2 photos that show different positioning of your thighs.  The one in photo A shows them too low, and the one in photo B shows them too high.  The proper positioning is actually somewhere in the middle, as seen in the reference image.  Making this adjustment will vastly improve your mobility and comfort.

4.  Your right drop box is at the correct level, but the one on the left looks as if it wants to sit underneath your ABS belt.  The strap may need to be lengthened 3-4 mm to allow it to hang beneath.

5.   The tops of your kidney/ab connection should line up level.  There is a 1 cm or so gap, but this can be easily remedied with strapping adjustments.

6.  We suggest closing in the gap between your back/kidney plates if possible.  We see that the bracket system is being used, but you should be able to tighten the straps that connect them, especially the center one.

7.  In several of your photos your sniper knee plate is sitting behind the bottom of the thigh, (I had the same issue).  This can be easily remedied by placing a strip of foam (2 cm x 2 cm x 20 cm) along the inside of the front, aligning with the interior cover strip.

Centurion Suggestions:

Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EI, items pertaining to level 3 might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all we can from what is seen but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper.

 

1.  There is a 1 cm + gap on both sides of your shoulder bell/shoulder bridge connections which needs to be addressed.  This is also a really easy fix with some strapping adjustments.

2.  Another strapping issue that should be simple to do is to eliminate the ab/kidney gap on your right.  Your left one is absolutely spot-on!

3.  The outside edges of your drop boxes will need to line up with the outside edge of your ABS belt.  You may have to re-do the white straps, but after that you can glue the rear of the straps in place to ensure they stay in the correct position.  (Not as hard as it sounds)!

4.  First, GREAT job on those shims!  They sit perfectly flush with the kidney and are completely acceptable for EI.  For Centurion level (which I hope you will be aiming for next) as stated in the CRL  you will need to cover the shimmed seam with ABS paste and sand it down to where it matches the existing finish.  It will take some work, but many Troopers have done this and if you need advice or help on how to do this just let us know!

 

 

We truly appreciate the requested changes you have made so far, sir, (TD screws, shims, etc.).  You have a bit of work in front of you, but you have hundreds of Troopers here to help, so we have every confidence that you will do a fantastic job and look forward to seeing your Centurion submission when you get ready, so see you then!
