Thank you Glenn, what I mean is for the middle layer, I already have the ribbed one and the nylon layer too. I would need to cut to 2" to match the rubber one. Thoughs?

Just in case Jacob, remember to glue first the grieble (pica tiny like rail) that goes in the center of the forearms and goes partially cover by the boxes.
Hi Pierce, welcome to FISD.
Great info received here. You can also open your own build thread and post photos or your advances, make questions and receive tips and suggestions.
Remember." Measure twice, Cut once" Good luck and we are here to help.
Hi Jacob, I'm dealing with the same issue. What I have been thinking to do this next weekend is to glue some ABS Squares inside the box to make a surface that can be glued to the small box on the forearm.
I'll try to post some photos if I can work with this tonight.
You're ok at this stage of the build. Probably when do the next fit test using strapping , things going to sit better.
You biceps could go up a little more so you can bend the arms when holding your blaster.
Hi Alikh. In my case it has worked well , but I have used a non glue system. I used the Anovos system thatt simply use Velcro to attach the lens and have no problems
