  1. Uh, yeah. Something like that.
  2. Your guess is as good as anybody's. Unless you got more out of the movie than I did, we're about equal in knowledge. I heard that the drop boxes are blast ionizers, but that's just because an author came up with it. I like to think of more realistic uses, like trading card holders.
  3. Oh s***! I hope it's not like the movie with all the hype that flops at the theatre I don't think it will be that way though.I found a source for a super scensetive uni mic. I just need to sculpt a mic base that is part of the chin switch assembly. Right now the prototype is built from an exhisting mic and base, but I want to fabricate all my own parts.
  4. I've had the same problem here in puget sound. Very wet here. I get the best pulls in the summertime. You can take it outdoors and warm it up by laying it in the sun. helps a little.
  5. ANH Geekdom. ESB Geekdom and ROTJ geekdom.
  6. I received in the mail today, a set of stomper Hovi mix. With quite a bit of modding I was able to fit them to my sound system. I first drilled out the screw and then comletely hollowed them out to 3/4" they now act as caps for the front of my speakers. So yes they can be used with my sound system.
  7. I like short and sweet. ANH Deployed ESB Deployed ROTJ Deployed

Speaking of transformers, how did dude open that super top secret file on his pc? I wish my computer did that. Then again maybe not. That's a hackers worst nightmare; pop in a file and get raided within two minutes
  9. I rigged it to take a sound board or MP3 player. Until I get a sound fx to play with, I don't know the compatability.
  10. Legion board: Most users ever online was 98 on Wed Feb 15, 2006 5:47 pm Clone Troopers net: Most users ever online was 95 on Jan 18 2007, 07:29 AM MEPD: Most users ever online was 66 on Mon Jun 25, 2007 11:44 pm I have checked the stats from other boards and as far as I can tell, we beat them all. Most users ever online was 135 on Jun 26 2007, 04:56 AM
  11. A year already??? How time flies when you're having fun. Here's to another year
  12. I've had a lot of mail in regaurds to this sound system and though I certainly wouldn't complain of mail from my fellow TK's but I've had a very busy week and I haven't had time to get back to everyone. Stay tuned for an update.
  13. Nice looking TK there Paul. I'm proud to have it in our Garrison.
  14. I did the edmonds parade again this year with my local garrison. Always fun. In Washington state, class C fireworks are sold to the public. mortars are my favorite. However, this year my son took off for California, so we didn't do fireworks this time. Trooperdad, sounds like you had a blast
  15. ...and a bottle of wine. Who knows, you might get lucky
  16. I have to look in to this. I've never installed one. Tomorrow I will see one of our troopers that have a rom FX and go over it with him. I'll get back to you on this.
  17. That sounds like a double dog dare if I ever heard one Looks like I'll be up all night getting it done. I just looked at the clock. It's almost wednesday
  18. Absolutely. Wish me luck. I'd love to have my system on the stormtrooper market.
  19. I cranked up my first sale unit today. Not to brag, but it rocks. Very loud and distinct I hope to have it done by the Edmonds Parade so I can show it off:) Looks a bit different than my original. Almost spider-ish. I fancy the name Bomar, so that's what I'm going to call it. The speakers are scratch built and designed in such a way that they act as little acoustic amplifiers; the sound blasts out the aerators. The back of each amplifier is adorned with an embossed Imperial Cog. Two 40mm brushless fans are virtually silent. The Thing is a work of art in deed, but the greatest beauty of this gadget is it's simplicity. Everything is built in. No soldering, no wiring, no hooking up speakers. I can remove and replace in under a minute. Oh yes, and it's durable. I'm offering a 90 day warrantee, so I don't want any of them coming back. On availability; I am in the process of making cleaner molds for my parts. I need to get multiple parts out of each pull. right now I am making one piece at a time which is time consuming. I will most likely offer them up on ebay to give me a good idea on price before I go into any production. If I am at a loss in paypal, Then there will be just the couple of them made.

I appreciate the humor, but I couldn't finish it.
  22. I offer these, but don't know if it's what you have in mind: ------------ I also have a thread in this forum: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=1119
  23. Maybe a letter from uncle George would help. A letter from the Legion at least. I wish you the best of luck getting your ducks in a row.
