  1. We have an update: https://www.anovos.com/blogs/news/star-wars-2019-q2-update
  2. Probably laser etched acrylic. If you have a laser cutter or know someone who does you could probably reverse-engineer and make your own.
  3. If it really bothers you/looks bad you could always try some white foam or ABS paste after all is said and done, but those are probably more effort than is needed. IMO.
  4. Can we get an answer on boots/cape/blaster so we can finalize the CRL?
  5. Stay away from Anovos, unless you are comfortable waiting years, in my opinion. I'd stick with any of the makers in our vetted/approved list: Anovos used to be on this list but has had serious issues with delivering things on time.
  6. For unofficial troops perhaps they would let you, I would look into finding a helmet that will fit you suitably, it looks like if you get a different helmet and leave the 'construction worker' bits off you could get basic approval.
  7. I think I saw the price as something like $7k for the full kit, so I assume the helmet is more too.
  8. Maybe they are contactually obligated to carry their products.
  9. It’s going to be a madhouse come Friday.
  10. You need to request TK status here first: https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/186-501st-and-detachment-access-requests/
  11. I believe WTF (Walt's Trooper Factory) does.
  12. Welcome Nick! I'd suggest you reach out to @sharkbait, she's local(ish) to you, one of our attachés, and will be your Squad Leader once you join the 501st.
  13. Because that’s how it is in the films.
  14. That actually doesn’t look like it will be all that hard to join, it already lines up pretty good. It may even be able to use some ABS paste and avoid painting.
  15. Another blog post today. TL;DR version - no more refunds moving forward. All sales are final.
  16. They told me they would offer both helmets but would not say anything when I pressed them about cods.
  17. Greetings troopers! Per new Legion merchandise rules, all ongoing merch runs must be closed or re-submitted by April 1st of each year. As such, we have chosen to let most of our existing runs expire to free up slots for new and exciting merchandise for the 2019/2020 term. This is your last chance to purchase the following items (you will need 501st or TK access to see these threads!): ... Some of these may return in the future (likely with updated/revised art), but for now this is it. Thanks!
  18. I don’t know, but the original files of the one I used were taken down.
  19. Same here - lots of clamps and magnets.
