The armour looks thick. But not because of a return edge kinda thick.

Anyone else think the teeth look set-back into the frown? Not a solid moulding?

I must admit, most of the time i'm a fairly quiet guy who dislikes a lot of fuss, doesn't like being in the limelight or centre of attention. I'd also regard myself as pretty confident in talking to people but just don't like getting in folks faces. That kinda changes when I don the TK armour, though... I love it! Getting photos taken, interacting with families, and their smiles make me smile Must be the anonimity? So are you like me, or are you a bit of an extrovert even out of the costume?

Yeh, the small kids thing is a bit of a challenge . The last troop I was on, I wondered why my legs wouldn't move, and a very small kid, maybe 4 years old, had clamped his arms around my legs . Sometimes the only way you can see 'em is by shifting your eyes downward and looking through the frown or under the rim of the helmet.<br> Always check for klingons before moving 'anything'

A chin strap helps a lot, by helping keep the helmet in place, even when bowing your head to look down.

It can get reasonably polished, yes. A drill with polishing mop comes in handy. As already noted, the Novus polish is good stuff.<br><br> I troop in my SDS, but had to get a lot of tweaks done to pass UKG muster.

Do you have an SDS E-11 in your possession? The ones i've seen on videos looked very rough for the money. I have a Doopydoos full resin kit, with various simple mods. It's solid, easy to complete, but difficult to get hold of.

Good tip, if you have one, is to have a full-length mirror when kitting-up, just to check things are in the correct positions. Fixing the belt to abdomen at front, either with chicago screws or snaps help to keep the belt in position. It needs to be on the kidney part, not the butt plate, which is probably throwing other bits off line. And yeh, the shoulder bells should be pretty much touching the shoulder straps. Are all the arm parts connected with elastic?

Lol nah, i'm just easily bored with such things. I work with a guy, who finishes work at 1am, goes home, plays Black Ops 3 until around 10am, then sleeps all day . His time spent playing actual online matches is around 40 days, or approx 960 hours... Not much of a real life, but he seems happy

An hour per match? Crikey, I might play half an hour in a sitting, maybe 40 minutes.

Yeh, it's all about multiplayer. I generally don't play campaigns anyway, so suits me.
