I am excited to see what you have in store for that!
I was planning to do the paint job and whatnot, but since I have college starting really soon I will be unable to do it as soon as hoped.
But all your boxes look fantastic guys!
E6000.
I use it for everything besides gluing handplates to gloves. For that I use CA glue. I can't tell you how many times I had to take apart some armor pieces and reshape/other and reglue again.
I recommend E6000.
Another kit.

And also look through these forums to see what others have used.

Good luck!
Here's the link to a blaster kit many of us here have gotten including myself.

You can also send Slavefive a pm about a blaster.

And there are a lot more options such as pipe blasters and much much more. I suggest that you spend your time researching.
I know. Why people call it O2 canister? Who knows? How are Stormtroopers taken down by Ewoks? Who knows? Good movies, cool armor. That's about it. No true deep lore about things.
This has been discussed many times here. To be honest, there is no official name for it. Some call it an O2 canister, some a TD. It really doesn't matter. Also, not all thermal detonators have to look like the one posted.
Also, you trim the pieces to fit, so the biceps and any other part can be any size. And the helmet should be painted? So are you saying ALL helmets must be painted as well? And use the original greenish plastic as well? I don't quite understand your concern.
