Yeah, this is the forst time I put on the belt with the armor. I thought (beforehand) that I could use this belt for a while then upgrade, but I am going to order a new one today. I'm also redoing the shoulder strap covers to fit better. I am using Luke's as a reference since he is the same height as me.

The strips you are going to use for the forearms are 15 mm wide and 30 cm long. Hope this answers your question! Yeah, I realized the jeans. I'm 5'9". And foam is the way to go. I'll try what you suggested.

So I have a problem with strapping... And I am furious at myself. I tried each piece on my body and it fit well. Well At least I thought it did... Any tips? I thought I was getting close.. Argh!

Thanks! But the outside of the tips are supposed to be white??? What do you mean? And after looking on the inside, it isn't really white! I was surprised, since they were supposed to be white when I ordered them from Tony. I'm not going for Centurion, but this will keep me from getting EIB? They are a light grey on the inside, which is a bummer.

Ok, this is what I got done today. The Shoulder Bells have elastic that the glue is currently setting. Drilled and put in the snaps for the belt. TD And finally the gloves. I was not able to get as much done as i liked today, but that's all right.

Ok! I finally made a run up to a larger town than my own the get the last items I need, mainly elastic... lots of it. So I started the strapping. Seems like it's coming along nicely. But I still I have the question about the shins. I'm not 100% sure if the pairs are correct, but if i don't hear anything by tomorrow morn I'll glue what I have aligned. I have these next two days and Monday off from school (spring break), so I plan to get a lot more done. I also finally received my under suit and gloves. Updates coming soon! I also hope to finish my blaster. Haha!

They go in and out of stock all the time, you just have to be a little patient. To get my kit I just kept checking every now and then until they had more. But if you do not want to wait, I'm sure there are others on here that can answer your question where to get a kit. Good Luck!

Here are the shins. They are 20mm across. Do they look like they are correctly lined up?

And I've heard that Anovos might have mixed up the part labels, so I'll be sure to post photos before I glue to get your input if they are indeed with the correct partner.
