1. Haha! Love it!
2. Another issue I had was the holster. It was so tight that it was really hard to get the gun in and out of. So I searched online for how to break in a leather holster and I found this tip. Wax Paper. You wrap the gun in wax paper, wax facing out, push the gun in and out a couple times and leave it in the holster for a day or two. It will be interesting to see if this works. If this doesn't work, what have you guys done?
3. Small update. So I took off the back cover strips. Gotta love that E6000. Ok, so I fit the thigh to a comfortable spot where it fits me better. Here is the overlap. So would I just take half of that from each side?
4. For the butt plate I have already given it a water bath. So I'll try the tabs and see how that turns out.
The fabric on my shoulder bell was just my neckseal, so that an easy fix.
I'll post an update soon!
5. I really appreciate it!
6. It ain't locked!
7. Perfect! I'll get that fixed soon!
8. I agree with you, the thighs are a bit large. And what about the gap at the bottom of my left thigh?
9. Isn't that the truth! When I was working on project where I knew I'd be weathering and I nicked the piece I'm like, "Oh, that's just battle damage." Haha!
10. I was just reading through the requirements for Centurion. I believe I had met most of them... I wasn't expecting that.

But another question I have is where should the drop boxes be located? I used two Chicago screws on the ends of the belt so I can move the boxes about and make any adjustments needed.
11. Love the weathering!
12. Oh and shoulder bells?
13. Ok. Here are the pictures. All righty! This is where I am now. Notice the sniper knee plate under the thigh, I have not put in any foam to center the pieces to where the should be (remember my skinniness! ). So once the foam is in it should fix that and the forearms. I also need to find better Velcro, I just used some that I had. And I need to replace on of the snaps in the belt, it kept popping up because it was slightly bent in. I'm also going to add little tabs and slots from plastic to connect the butt to the kidney so it doesn't flare out as much. Oh, and of course I had found spots that need a bit of sanding so I won't be poked as much.
14. An there is no official meaning of the color. "I think that's the most plausible explanation I've heard yet. But as not every sandtrooper had a pauldron, I'd think it would have worked out: Orange = commissioned officer Black|White = senior non-commissioned officer (e.g. E6 or E7 +) (I'm guessing black) Black|White = junior non-commissioned officer (e.g. corporal, sergeant, maybe staff sgt) (I'm guessing white) no pauldron = enlisted (non NCO) I figure black is the senior to white simply as it makes the most sense in terms of color progression." - Daetrin (http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/1809-pauldron-colors-rank/)
15. Put Velcro in. A LOT better! I'll take photos tonight.
16. HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU CLOSE THE SHINS??!! I tired the bra hook method. That didn't work, it was impossible to hook them while my leg was in... And let's just say I lost my cool... What works best for you? Velcro? I'm not sure and I am really tired of running into problems like this.
17. I personally have not used it, but here is the thread that covers it. You can probably find what you need to know there. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/32270-tkvoice-for-ios-development-annoucement/ Good luck!
18. Oh my! Tino, I just read through this thread.. You have absolutely amazing talents! This is just plain outstanding.
19. Awesome start! You have a lot more talent than me!
As for your questions I'm afraid that I can't answer. :/ But I hope others who know more will chime in.
Good luck though!
20. I have the helmet and I only had to clean up a little overspray. But it is acceptable! Also note that all the photos currently on their website are of the prototype.
21. And I am by no means an expert at E-11s. Haha, so be sure to get assistance from others, especially Vern (TK bondservnt), he knows A LOT.
22. That totally depends on how much time and research you spend working on it. One kit that many of us get it the DoopyDoo's kit. (http://www.doopydoos.com/stormtrooper-e-11-complete-anh-e-11-blaster-kit-offer-2685-p.asp) And if you go that route there are completion kits that are sold here in the sales forum that help the overall accuracy of the resin kit. That's the way I elected to go. I'm also sure others have gone other routes, I'd advise you to research through the forums to get a feel of what's out there. AND make sure you start a build thread so you can get assistance with your blaster build to make it as accurate as you can. Good luck!
23. It depends one what you want. There are full resin kits, or kits designed to be built with a pipe, and so forth.
24. All righty!! The belt is finally done! Now all I have left to do is gluing the thighs and shins. And also adding foam inside to make the overall look better fit my skinny body. To glue the thighs though I realized I needed stronger magnets, so that's all I'm waiting for. Be prepared to see a complete trooper soon!
