If I had to guess it means you went from standard to express shipping ?

It should reopen once they have shipped the orders already paid for.

Also the $650 kits are currently closed for ordering until they ship the pre-orders. Once those have shipped then the orders will reopen for later runs.

So long as its just a punched hole I can't see how you couldn't just drill out the rivet. Question is if you do need a new canvas belt, what glue was used for the rivet caps and can you salvage the plastic part or is that no good either. edit: maybe "built belt" just means the holster and belt are attached, not the plastics. I'm going to stop guessing now.

Is there a prize for the first person to post proof of a tracking number? I mean other than a large amount of grief from those of us further down the list.

I wonder how the rogue one armour will change that. Does it give them a fresh chance to copyright it?

I'm also new to this but it was all laid out plain to see when I ordered. The rage and anger on the FB makes me worry for the community once kits start to ship. Though that said that same rage hasn't made it here. Maybe that's because they see you all as "elitists". I've tried to be reasonable with some people on there only to be left wondering why I bothered.

the price was the only reason I went for Anovos. If I had to pay full price the delta wasn't good enough for the risk vs an approved seller.

I think people have been spoilt by mislabelled goods from China in the past few years. Everything bar 1 item I've ordered from the US though has been caught. Better than that, they will charge you VAT and duty on the shipping too. Plus £10 handling fee. I'm just hoping its 1 handling fee not 3 as it's 3 boxes, expect to get charged though.

This is how I got mine. I missed the 1st email as it went to junk. So I whitelisted it add re-did the email. When the 2nd email came I ordered immediately. It took about a week from ordering for it to be dispatched but then was pretty fast as I am in the UK. I was looking at the D-Day kit too, and probably will in the future, but for a first go the DD kit can't be beat for cost in case you screw something up.

You have (an estimated) 2-5000 orders queued up. Some people ordered in May and now have to start to ship them in December. Other than the order that you took the orders I cannot think of a better or fairer way to dispatch kits. The only real exception is if they run out of a certain size of soft parts, that shouldn't hold up other orders whilst they restock but I would bet real money the hold up here will be assembly of the bucket and belt components. The original advert said "winter". Winter pretty much runs to about Feb/March ish so they still have months to ship. Also preorders are often late, if you expected anything else you were doomed to disappointment. Constantly harassing them via FB/email/twitter about "it's late" isn't either factual or helpful. It will ship when it ships, let them do their job. They said they are about to ship, at least wait and see if they have been honest.

I don't think that's what was meant. More they have cut them selves out of $300/$200 of profit by offering the 1st 2 tiers. That said without the preorder I doubt they could have tooled up to be able to order it at $650 at all.

You clearly don't understand the concept of a pre-order. This is kind of how it works. But I suggest people calm down before we end up with puppies and rainbows again.

Tier 1 was $350, Tier 2 was $450. Then after that was $650 apart from a black Friday sale, so 3 I think.

You're a braver man than I! I'll be cutting the mag down to reduce the depth needed to be ground out. Partially for strength partially because I'll carve through the walls!

I'd already given up seeing my kit this year due to being tier 2 and also having to wait for it to clear UK customs, and was hoping for January. Now I am starting to wonder if it will even be February. I'm not overly surprised by this but disappointing non the less.

I like how no one has picked up that Anovos has said kits are enroute to the warehoused. The kits are now made people! Though being end of tier 2 I won't see mine this year, and I would put money on that.
