  1. Don't forget the blaster detail closeup.
  2. For something non critical like a title change a PM is fine. For critical issues we have the "report a post" button.
  3. Photo examples of all the details are in the works. These things take time though.
  4. Any mod can do it . I believe the person who made the topic needs to go into the full edit option of the first post. You should be able to edit the title bar from there.
  5. The D ring requirement was recently corrected when Scott cleaned up some of the wording, and spelled out a few others. While previous elite members don't have to resubmit photos on the forums, they do have to meet the elite requirements. Getting everyone up to speed is on the to do list, and all previous elites have a grace period to get their costumes tweaked.
  6. So what was the solution in case anyone else has the same problem?
  7. Close the side gaps is a big one. I can't tell from the pictures if the butt plate is cut from the back, and if you have all the blaster details.
  8. Have you tried contacting RomFX about the issue?
  9. Just think what you can get instead with the $899 that the rubies stormtrooper costs .
  10. I agree the biceps look better than the FX. To bad they aren't quality.
  11. Here it, what you've all been waiting for. All from a garrison mate of mine who shares his opinion:
  12. Looks good trooper. The only thing I think your missing is the D ring on the end of the blaster. One suggestion that is completely up to you is to attach an elastic strap to the armpit corners of the chest and back plate. It'll tighten up the overall appearance.
  13. Nice job on the scratch built T-track. Blaster looks good to me.
  14. My canvas belt is a bleached natural canvas that is in between the color of the 2 pictured above.
  15. Sorry I didn't specify, I was just talking about the helmet.
  16. There is no great purge as we only have one elite with an FX who hasn't upgraded yet, but it has been discussed and the vote has been going on for three and a half weeks.
  17. The FX won't meet elite standards in about 3 days. Juts hold tight and get the armor corrected Anytime a new helmet comes out it takes some discuession and time to get the details worked out.
  18. White is accurate, but not an elite requirement.
  19. Looks good. I think you need to recheck your photos, we have 2 right shots and no left shot. The other issue is the MR CE helmet is not approved yet, but I don't see any problems that will prevent it from being acceptable with modifications.
  20. Thanks for posting the story. Scott embodies the true meaning of what the 501st is all about.
  21. The only 2 things I see that need to be corrected. The missing extra T-track from your blaster, and in the pictures you can't see that the butt plate is cut from the back plate. Your almost there trooper
  22. Well most people have lager calves than the average trooper. Here are a couple threads and websites that should help: Thighs: ----- Also keep in mind the left thigh is larger than the right one. To make them match you will have to cut a wedge that is larger at the bottom of the left thigh. You can use a tailor's tape measure to determine how much to cut, but it is several inches off the bottom and an inch or two off the top. When cutting use masking tape, or painters tape and mark where you are going to cut. If your using a dremel or razor cut from the inside, that way if you mess up, the mark won't be seen.
