I have been having issues with mine also, I have 2, one for me and one for my wife. Hers would always kill the battery if left in and mine would be fine for years. Then they both just died. Neither will do anything if it is just open mic and will not pass through to the Aker 1506. If you use the PTT then the LED's hyper flash and it just starts beeping/clicking until you unplug the power. I have tried new batteries and that doesn't help. After 2 dead ones no way I am spending anymore money on a new one.

Your best bet is to remove as much as possible then sand the remaining with a very fine grit so you don't add scratches followed by polishing. I used 600 to sand, then 1,000 wet dry, 2000, 5000 then polished with Novus #3, Novus #2 and final Novus #1 spray. It takes time but will look perfect when done.

What armor build are you going for? The R1 armor is completely different than the OT and I have not seen the cod separated even though the CRL doesn't specifically say that it can't be.

Well to be clear the campground is open but only to people with proof of residence with that county. Although that county has plenty of COVID deaths and numbers so go figure. Makes absolutely no sense to me, either it should be open to everyone or closed to everyone or else what’s the point.
