  1. That's exactly what I was thinking. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  2. Like I said I thought that was the case. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  3. Thanks, I looked over there but didn't see anything. I thought they were going to end up there. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  4. Has there been a decision in where this kit will fall? Will it be under Spec Ops or here? Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  5. I think that this armor will be the one that will justify the "Aren't you a little short for a stormtrooper?" comment. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  6. Anytime I add layers I heat quickly and tend to get overheated with prolonged coverage. My wife sleeps with a comforter and a thicker fleece blanket. I'm usually fine with it if I go to sleep quickly, but if not I have to throw all but the sheet off until I do fall off. So my thinking is if I'm covered with a thick undersuit and abs then this will be an issue for me. That is why I'm thinking a thinner undersuit. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  7. One of the issues we have here in the PacNW Joe is we have low humidity most summers and our heat is dry. I have times where it's 60 degrees and I have pants and a long sleeve shirt on and it's too hot. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  8. So I naturally run really hot, like a heater. So my question is does the undersuit have to be compression wear or can I go thinner? I don't mind having to pad my armor to make up for it. Just curious about this. Thanks. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  9. I was just the opposite. I knew about brother machines, but was sort of put off by a Toyota machine. LOL! Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  10. Well if that blows your mind check this out. About a month or so ago I bought my wife a Toyota serger. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  11. I went with TK Boots and love them, just need to get my armor to see how well they will fit. I've heard that some of their newer runs were a bit wide at the ankle. However they fit nicely and are pretty comfortable. Also they ship you individual bags for the boots, a patch, two shoe horns and stickers. LOL! Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  12. I have most of my materials for my neck seal, but I'm in the same boat as you. I've used a sewing machine once for some simple patch work for a bag years ago. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  13. PS4 moonrat15. I get on usually in the late afternoon or early evening since I work graveyard shifts. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  14. Are these videos from your own build? Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  15. Yeah I've decide to go another route. With my neck seal. Headline fabric, but I'm looking for a good outer layer for the "rubber" look. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  16. The number doesn't matter. Just that it is black, ribbed and covers the neck. That was from my GML and the DL. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  17. Looks awesome! Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk

    RIP Kenny Baker

He didn't play him in TFA, he was only a consultant on droids. Rest well Mr. Baker, you were loved and will be missed. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  20. So I got a very long brown box with my neck seal material in it. It is a lot of material and now that I'm seeing it it may be to flat looking for my neck seal. We'll see though, if it is then I suppose I could use it for padding my armor later. Hello! jimferrell1 shared an album with you. View Album--------------
  21. Update: Material should be here tomorrow and then I'll have to wait for my weekend to get here before I can do anything with it. Plus I still need to get some velcro for the closure and bib. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  22. Hahahaha! Isn't that the truth. I haven't gotten to ordering my armor yet, but so far a whopping $3.79 for gloves is by far the cheapest part so far. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  23. I use the same one I've had since high school and most everyone minus a handful of people and my employers use it. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  24. That DT bucket is looking beautiful. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  25. If that doesn't do any good here is this one as well. http://www.swnz.co.nz/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1801 Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
