TK bondservnt replied to Lodril's topic in Build Threads Requireing Maintenance
Since the notch is on the outside of the leg it has nothing to do with the COD. -

Favorite armor building videos?
TK bondservnt replied to AsBlondeAsLuke's topic in Assembly, Mods, and Painting
dave's garage is old stuff for putting together FX armor. The trooperbay videos as suggested above seem to be the best resource around. -
jengel's ANH Stunt build AP kit
TK bondservnt replied to jengel's topic in Build Threads Requireing Maintenance
you have to twist the helmet on and off. before setting the neck rubber trim you can take some material from the chin. -
harrison is being a rant for fun! his condition was upgraded to a broken pelvis and ankle.

They say he has actually been involved in incidents before... and crashed. he must be a really good pilot to have multiple aircraft failures that result in survival situations!

I think it's close enough for conversion into EIB level e-11. I personally would not allow it to go centurion. my 2 cents!

it's fun to see how people have opinions on the rights and positions of others. in normal understanding this is a conceptual debate on how freedom of speech relates to costumes and the 501st legion. how freedom of speech relates to us as stormtroopers. this is a conceptual and debate centered topic designed to pique interest and commentary on words. I personally feel that speech should be protected in all forms. be it rant, or peace. for example we say that america has freedom of speech... and those of us in america know that this is a fantasy. We in america can lose our job, lose our children our spouse and our car all because of what we say. look at the guy who was FORCED to sell his basketball team, or at least they want to take away his freedom to speak. when I last thought of the idea... freedom meant that you were free to do so? The example is that even in america when a person makes a questionable comment, they are fined, and punished because of speech. who gives a person the right to say that we can not speak freely here? Who gave the power to anyone to say that? part of true freedom is the open ability to speak freely.

I started this thread after our beloved detachment leader was taken to task over private communications that were leaked it was actually started as a sign of support for eric brager. freedom of speech is either free or it is not there should be no restriction on speech, in public or private. if speech EVEN when emotional is edited, altered, or erased, or "Archived" it results in the SPECTRE of censorship. in a true free world we are supposed to have freedom to speak WITHOUT being edited. both eric and mathias missed the point of this thread. people during the heated election debate over bullying resulted in a question asked by our detachment founder. and he cited our 'FREEDOM OF SPEECH' the FISD should uphold honesty and transparency when it comes to post content as long as it does not infringe on another person's right. the goal of this thead was to point out that eric's private communication was used against him. and that certainly violates his right to speak freely. personally I put this thread out there to examine the FISD policy on true freedom of speech this was not a rant, it was a show of support. and when I rant... it's out of love in the first place... private website's are not excluded from the responsibility to allow speech to stand on it's own merit. Even Eric's private communication was his right to share his opinion. EVEN when negative in nature. Eric has the right to rant... We all should have the right to speak freely our opinions without edit even when critical for a positive purpose. Eric has the right to rant. mathias has the right to rant... vern has the right to rant. and if we look foolish after reading our emotion filled posts... then we should send flowers to the FISD and say we're sorry.
