  1. The older plans had this mistake for many years. The larger lower curve of the breech is right!
  2. we already discussed this at length several years ago. This is a costume mistake, just like mr. no stripes. I personally think that this design is not in line with a screen accurate representation. We have seen folded holsters, holsters with broken straps. I personally think that while this holster does indeed exist in ANH, it's the ONLY ONE. I vote no on this like I did over 2 years ago. The older threads were damaged when one of our members removed the photos, and the mockup he presented on this exact same idea. it's like I answered the thread in the past, and here we go again with another thread. so how many people have been approved EIB with no tubestripes? and the folded ESB holster, where the loops are gathered together? I have a great idea. why don't we add 2 drop boxes on one side of the belt, and one on one side. we can start a new drop box thread... 3 drop boxes in ESB. (it's Screen accurate.) a duct tape thread, a chipped sniper knee thread... you know the drill. NOT!
  3. The correct blueprints are located on the link in my signature for the blaster resource. the unique canes blaster tube comes with a template bonded to the receiver. and is the correct size. if you render your parts unable to fire, and weld the trigger group into the frame, drill out the bolt firing pin and weld it to the tube. install a wooden dowel for the front barrel. and weld a bar across the rear so nothing comes out. as well you can glue/weld the front screws into the frame. you should render the bolt inactive, and the trigger sear inactive BEFORE you mill the receiver. contacting a gunsmith and having them sign off on the NFA build is probably the safest way to accomplish this in california. especially if you prep the parts and have the gunsmith do the build. you are protected
  4. Those dang fighter pilots... just sayin.
  5. Curro. We have some original photos of the T det showing the position of the caps, in relation to the clip positions. This is why we're concerned. ANOVOS So far we'll just have to wait and see how she looks!
  6. I think moving the attachment to the EIB level is the best option!
  7. weird... their holster is strange.
  8. I make them 20.00 plus shipping. w real black flat head bolts.
  9. as far as it goes, the FISD is about building costumes, and getting the details right. end of line.
  10. is every thread going to devolve into a pointless debate? or are we going to man up, and work on costumes. opinions don't count compared to solving problems, and correcting mistakes.
  11. I have to say that this thread has been fun to read. Overall it's better not to speculate, but to go on photo evidence. Ok, so the kit looks a little sharp. Parts are being shipped in an inaccurate format. Did we expect anything less? I purchased 1 full armor kit, and one extra helmet kit to update my own armor, that has aged quite a bit since 2008. sure will be fun to make up another suit of armor. This time I'm going for dual EIB, and TX at the same time.
  12. I make clips... bra.. I have owned TM jesse clips. I think anovos should have another run of replacement TD's... JUST SAYIN!

  16. Let the critics have the floor!
  17. The TD sucks... and they are going to send it to you sucking. (fully built wrong.)
  18. I hate the T det... CMON! phillips head screws? BELT SUCKS. Control panel on the T DET looks like Sh!t. wrong placement of parts on the T DET. wrong belt... cheap holster. way too sharp looking pulls. The sharp edges on the back plate? ugh. ANOVOS. (where are my fluffy bunnies and puppies?)
  19. 3d scanning and printing was used to create parts in the ANOVOS pipeline. A good fact!
