1. This sounds quite painful, and it's all self inflicted? I hope we are still talking about armour lol
2. Trim shoulder bells, and try fitting forearm with them... The tops of forearms should be covered by the shoulder bells, so no one will see the return edge... But I'd follow Pyrate's suggestion. All looks, good, doing well on the progress. Take your time, just a steady pace...
3. The belt has four rivets holding the holster in place, which are requirements for a Hero. Stunt version of the belt, only had two rivets holding the holster to it.
4. Looks good to my eye, although I'm no expert... Oh, you may wish to remove a little hair around the nose area... Or do one of those poodle hairdos... Oops, sorry, thought we were talking about the little guy you have to contend with lol
5. Straps around biceps should be black
6. I knew it, I just kn ******Schhchckt******Schhchckt*******Schhchckt
7. May need to trim more, so,as to get more plastic for snap plates?
8. Re- Sniper plate: wait for more trimming, until you can size it to the left shin.

Everything is looking good, and congrats on the BBB!
9. Awesome you got your kits! Looking good so far, from what I can see.

You're in good hands!
10. Looks like the tacky blaster that was being sold with stunt armour... Spray paint they used originally made the weapon sticky, so they tried another coat from another brand, which made it tacky... I think was the story on that one... If this is the same weapon...
11. I think I will go for it, very little needs to be done for EIB, some Centurion requirements are already met as well. Just looking up costs, and then giving the run down to the powers that be, to get the ok.
12. Nice work! All that clamping turned out well.
13. Doopydoo is not, Hyperfirm is ...
14. Think I may just do this... Have to acquire a few pieces though, mainly correct snaps... From what I've researched, the only things I'm missing for EIB are the two snaps on buttpiece, holster, and a few other very minor modifications. I have acrylic capped ABS and am uncertain as to drilling this... I'm going to look into this more, and get brave I think... Who knows, may even go for Centurion, as there shouldn't be much more to do afterwards...
15. And for snap plates, if you go this route....
16. Nice job on the holster, looking good!
17. Thanks for posting this, it'll help a lot of the People receiving new kits.... As an older member, I've been thinking about EIB, but my confidence levels, or courage to take that step on my own is well... Lacking lol. Think it'd help if there was another person close by who could help advise/oversee/mentor... From what I've seen of my armour, and the things required, there's not much to add... Mainly the correct snaps... From there, I may consider Centurion, but with just online help from here, I'm uncertain... And don't wish to crack/destroy the armour...I've already had one suit destroyed in a house move.
18. Good to know you're not giving up, and looking into other options.
19. It's an easy fix mate, AM back and chest.. They're bigger than AP. You can do this. All of us here are behind you, but you need to want to do this too.

Like everyone has said, take a break, or work on another part of the armour while you wait for AM parts to come in.

You've been working really hard at this, and it'd be a shame to see you give up now. Don't give up, we are here for you.
20. Just take your time, work at your own pace, and no rush...
21. Hero also has two screws per ear, stunt has three... Stunt was for distant shots in ANH and hero was for close ups... So one wouldn't notice such differences easily...
22. The older you get, the more expensive the toys seem to get too...
23. I've seen some people talking about replacing this with brow trim from trooperbay...
