1. I miss fanexpo! Hope to make it again next yr...

On a side note, Halloween costumes are out, found a costume at value village with the one way mesh for the face ($13) for costume, but you'd need to cut out the face from the hood and install into your Jawa hood.., it'd be breezier than what you have now, my opinion (only real way to tell is to try it out).

Just a heads up
 2. From the CRL....

For level two certification (if applicable):
Folding stock (does not need to function).
A real or replica ammo counter - based off of a Hengstler counter - shall be present.
D-ring mounted on the rear.
Sterling based blasters have the correct M-38 or M-19 style scope.
Two power cylinders on the magazine housing.
Scratch-built, resin cast, Hyperfirm rubber cast blasters shall have a total of 6 T-tracks on blaster (leaving the lowest row on the magazine housing side uncovered).
If using the Hasbro E11 toy blaster, it is modified to have the correct number of T-tracks (6 total), with a lower row of open vent holes on the magazine housing side.
This is accomplished by covering the pre-existing rows of holes with T-tracks, then grinding off the lower integrated T-track on the magazine housing side, and drilling a new row of holes in its place.
No ESB/ROTJ greeblies are allowed on the blaster.
For level three certification (if applicable):
Hasbro blasters are not allowed, even conversions.
 3. Same as my friend, I'm not sure it'll centurion approval... Hopefully, but we will see I guess...
 4. Doopy will get you EIB, not centurion... That's why I gave the heads up on the mods you're doing.
 5. All looks good from here... Re blaster, you may need to go Hyperfirm for centurion, uncertain of the blasters that you got... My friend purchased one, same as yours, not sure if it'll pass higher approvals, maybe EIB with modifications... But doubtful on centurion...
 6. When people ask how to build a TK, I say, each one is customized to the owner... They are, from the fitting, down to the strapping. Each has their own way of doing things, are they right or wrong? No, when worn, the look the same, to give a uniformed identity. That's how you can tell if a TK is right or wrong, not in the semantics of the strapping or the painting inside the bucket... Or the mesh in the teeth. Some TKs have these things, others don't, it's all personal preference.

Want to figure out if your armour or bucket needs things? Try without first, then add later if you still insist.

This note is to none in particular lol
 7. Bad hair day under bucket, once removed it becomes bucket head hair day...
 8. It's all about making educated decisions, not jumping blindly into something... It's life changing, and therefore requires a lot more thought beforehand.
 9. So we nit pick and argue or banter back and forth, and give the rest of the club the term "elitist"...
 10. TK Jawa here we come! Lol. Armoured Jawa, what will they think of next?
 11. That's where we decide, does this effect me, or everyone, and does it really need commenting on?
 12. Glad I could help some. Not everything requires Velcro as some items just aren't moved around a lot too, but that's up to you.

Jawa looks awesome, but I think the TK is cooler on the body at least lol. Glad you got out and about in the armour, and was great to meet you. My wife says, "Hello!" Too lol
 13. Aren't we nit picky enough about the plastic, or do we have to take it a step further and get picky on how we carry blasters or weapons... Come on guys, lighten up!
 14. Just an update on dollar store cotton gloves...dollarama doesn't sell these anymore. Various other dollar stores I've checked, don't carry them anymore either...
 15. Don't forget, start with basic approval in mind first... Can modify later for EIB and Centurion later... One step at a time.

 17. Just hope there's no repercussions for the 501st, now that this can of worms has been opened.... Looks nice, but you've taken a prop to fully functional... Just be aware the implications for the rest of us. It only takes one or a few to bring the whole down. As the saying goes, one bad Apple, spoils the bunch. - Lord Vader is in the next room? Hurry, let's clean this up...
 18. Congrats and about time! Lol - Lord Vader is in the next room? Hurry, let's clean this up...
 19. Glad you'll finally get the TK of your dreams. Hope it goes well for FanExpo, but don't rush it... If it's not ready then, there's still more troops in white armour ahead!
 20. Been thinking about the audio kit, but uncertain... As my hearing loss is reverse slope I'm uncertain about paying a lot (as I had done with two different sets of hearing aids) just to find out it doesn't help... As to lenses... I have no clue... My lens come from SDS and is one piece like what they used in ANH...
 21. I tried my bubble lenses, always carry them about to a troop, but can't see details... Figured it wasn't as safe as a flat lenses, but think I'll try to keep them in... I can see, just shapes mostly... Doesn't help with lip reading, as I'm tone deaf, but the bucket doesn't do much for that either lol
 22. I was looking at your pictures... Do you troop with bubble lenses all the time? Do you feel it's safe to do so? I troop with flat lenses mostly, but interested in your opinion as well
 23. TK Jawa or Armoured Jawa here we come lol Like I said, you may be required to purchase a whole costume for the one way mesh thing...
