  1. Literally laughing out loud!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. This looks sweet! But I don't buy it. Definitely looks too Tron-like. I think Evilboy is right to assume we will get all kinds of teasers/spoilers to keep us chomping at the bit. Either way, it's great anticipation!!
  3. Easy pass. Although I would try to get sniper plate to sit more flush against top of shin. Might need to add padding to inside of the top of that shin to help keep the sniper plate from rubbing against thigh. Less headaches down the road. Good luck!
  4. It's typical to have 1/8" return edge but it varies. The tops of the biceps shouldn't be seen because of the shoulder bells anyways.
  5. Woohoo!!!!! Go Ron! Way to be patient and diligent. It has paid off!! Very good attention to detail.
  6. Upon first look, I cannot see anything that needs commenting on. You look really good! A lot of work and attention to details. Great job!
  7. Impressive! Most impressive! Ron, it looks phenomenal! You have very little to do to make Centurion next!!! You should be very proud!
  8. First off, Congrats!!!! Secondly, I wanted to answer your question. I used the widest file in the set, laid the file on a table and then rubbed the end of the clip across it length-wise until most of the arch was taken away. I didn't file it enough to get the square edges, but you could. It would take a while for sure. There might be an attachment on the Dremel that would work, I just didn't try it. For what it's worth, I did not have to re-drill the holes. Just reach out if you have any other questions.
  9. I have reached out to Evilboy, who is in my garrison, to ensure he makes the TD clips with square edges instead of being rounded.
  10. Looking good, trooper! I have to ask about your cover strips/seams though. I know there is variance allowed in the back for larger troopers, but the fronts should be butt-jointed with the cover strip attached and the seam should be the same width of the strip, not wider. It appears that the seams on your biceps, forearms, and thighs are wider than that cover strip. Is there a reason?
  11. Probably models hired to showcase armor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Ron, do you have a set of those files that many people use to trim out their helmet teeth? That's what I used on my TD clips to straighten them out a bit. I need to email Evilboy and let him know not to round those edges. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Great accomplishment!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Wow!!! You look awesome!! Great job! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Completely understand that!! Measure twice, cut once. And know that a lot of mistakes can be fixed. You will gain confidence as you continue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
