  1. After the recent upgrade the ability to like a post was available under each theme skin. But I can't see the like a post button anymore under the the darker gray theme. Under the default theme it only offers a trophy and some emoji faces. Has the like option been removed for good? Is this just a device problem? I am viewing this site on the latest version iPad Pro and iOS. If if there is some flexibility in adding and customizing the likes section, can there be some survey to explore this? Maybe having a small range of reactions to a post , for example, like, super! , great progress. Just to name a few.
  2. Fantastic paint job on the scope Mike! Wow, looks authentic!
  3. Very cool! Where did you find this gem? 1942 M47? Nice, havent seen that version yet. Amazing find as usual Chris!
  4. https://app.box.com/s/qv56cqj8g2mts5opd05wvmmp60cbmj4j You can view the promo pics of my kits from the link above. Sorry for the project thread broken links. Not sure what to do about the photobucket fiasco.
  5. Resin doopy builds are fun and give you lots to experiment with. Converting to make an operational resin folding stock is possible but very hard to replicate with just the doopy parts. There is someone who casts resin folding stocks part for part so it assembles like the real thing and folds and extends. Hollowing out the scope is also something I did at first. But after doing it I decided to cast scopes already hollow for builders to add lenses and other things like display boards. Check out my M38 scope project if you get a chance. Pics are all down I think but I can send you some photos if you want. trigger operational is possible and not that hard. Lots of nice hengstler replicas being offered these days. Real ones harder to find. Fieldmarshall is making replicas that are pretty much the real deal. Ask away if you have more questions. Check out the blaster reference for some amazing resin blaster mods. Should be linked in my signature. Hoping to have the photos back up in action at some point. Great stuff there.
  6. I haven't even caught up with the goods from episode 7 yet. Looks like they are trying to make our costuming hurdles even harder! But yeah, I gotta have one of those! Great start to my Sunday morning! Thanks for posting this!
  7. Oh man. Paul, it looks even more amazing than the blue. I see you were able to center it more as well. Fantastic work on these displays. PM to be sent.
  8. Ultimate Lego blaster!
  9. Looks amazing as with all of your other stuff. Will you be using the same molding shop for the M19 clear light port bulbs? Can't wait to see how they come out.
  10. I think it is significantly smaller. They cast the blaster around black inner tube for strength and from what I remember the tube walls were quite thick. I attempted to remove that inner tube to get a bolt in there but realized it was too much work that risked destroying the whole thing. Not at home right now but later tonight I can have a look.
  11. When I get notifications that say someone liked my post or I see someone clicked it in my post, I feel good knowing someone read it and liked it. for me, I do recognize when people click it and appreciate they responded to a post. I understand what you mean because I used to not think much of this function but since I post more now and hear back from members following my posts with likes, it feels more interactive than empty posting with no response if they don't write a reply. Just my opinion though.
  12. About the likes button, I use it often as well to show I have read a post and can express I like it without having to interrupt the flow of thread. I wish there a few more options for this like , great idea, cool, or some positive expressions you want to saw without having to type up a reply. Would that be possible to add in the future? By the way, the site looks great, still adjusting to it but certainly a nice fresh look. Thank you to all who have been working on this behind the scenes and making it happen! Cheers!
  13. Thanks for explaining what they are! Cheers! You are a four star general! Cool!
  14. Thanks. Strange I see the centurion one now. Didnt appear before. Sorry One other question, I see the badges but what are the stripe badges for? You have a gray blue white bar and another centurion one with stars. Sorry never actually knew what these are awarded for. Just curious, never saw any post that explains all the things that appear in post profiles. Or is there a post to read about this? Sorry not a tech question.
  15. Not sure if I had them before but the centurion badge nd attaché badge is missing from the left hand profile. Some people have them but I seem to be missing mine. Minor issue , sorry.
  16. Wow James, super job so far. This is going to be one fun build to watch.
  17. This is just my opinion and from what I am seeing is that the calves look too big and could probably be trimmed so there is no overlap happening I would not recommended this unless you have exhausted a few other things first . Another possibility to try without cutting is to reposition the elastics & hooks. If you position them back a bit further away from the edge, they should stretch out a bit more giving you the tension needed to keep the halves closed. Some of the elastics may even need to be positioned slightly higher or lower to the hole locations to pull the halves together evenly. I notice the left calf halves are not aligned. When you get the elastics positioned correctly and if the calves don't need to be trimmed, the hook rigging works amazing well. Do your calves parts move too much?
  18. Thanks for posting this here Paul. I posted the video link in my Sales thread. The display is totally amazing. No matter how many times I watch the video I still get blown away how cool it looks in the scope.
  19. That is a great deal! Love seeing these parts nice and shiny!
  20. Holy bat bolts! Chris, will you be making the other style extractor with the middle cut out? I would love to display just the bolt its so pretty!
  21. Awesome! Thank you Brian for the kindest of words. It was truly a pleasure and and honor to make them for you. Appreciate the super review of the scopes and hope they will serve you well blasting rebel scum with higher accuracy! You have a huge inventory now so looking forward to seeing more blaster builds from you! Lol!
  22. Beautiful! The more I see the more I want! Thanks for sharing your review.
  23. LOL. I hear you about the wallet. This hobby can inflict some serious financial woes.
