  1. Any questions ???...PLEASE ASK !!!
  2. Signed the guestbook yesterday...Buckets off Thoughts and prayers are with you...
  3. I'm 43 and probably won't start trooping for another few months yet....Maybe we can start an over 40s niche ...You're only as old as you feel...and thanks to ABS and rubber gloves I can't really feel a darned thing in this armor !!!!.....Maybe we can put the 40 into 401K !!!
  4. ..Brings back the most wonderful memories.....Sigh.....
  5. Great job with the paintwork ...What number size brush are you using ? I went with stickers on mine but I really like how yours turned out...I might hand paint my next bucket...or purchase one like Matthias suggests and keep it as screen accurate bucket that I display....
  6. I agree with this idea to use the site as a instruction - how to....and assembling one for yourself first will give you firsthand knowledge of any little nuances and "things to pay attention to" when assembling the blaster. Vern is a great source for blaster info..... I'm looking forward to Buying American...!
  7. Happy New Year to my friends and Troopers and to those not yet met !!!!
  8. Vern, How much do you sell your ANH holster kit for ? I do not currently have a blaster...I am waiting on Darth Vorhees to finish his blaster kit first...
  9. I have an unbuilt AP thermal detonator I'll let go for $25+shipping... PM me if you're interested
  10. I used the half the width of the stripes as a measurement for spacing after scrutinizing helmet photos, which is about the thickness of a pencil...
  11. I'm going for EIB and Centurion straight off the bat, hopefully AP armor will be finished soon, then the constructive criticism, and then...Yeeha !!!
  12. I'd be down for sending a deposit if the funds will help you....If your end price on all this is around $100 or so you'll be making your money back mighty fast....
  13. Use a lead pencil and run it across the groove/line that is already scribed into the armor which will make the line easier to see before you cut...I then used ABS shears/scissors (Actually i used our Cutco Kitchen scissors...my wife wasn't too happy about that...)...I got a nice straight cut that just needed a light going over with some sandpaper to smooth out a little...hope this helps...
  14. Great job !!!! And a great idea that really worked out...you should be proud.....
  15. I love getting this Newsletter...Great job everyone !!!
  16. Ah, the dining table...the workbench of the working man.....
