  1. Made a small mount to hold up the front of the gun, thought I would need to make a full length one but this seems to keep it upright. Will give it a coat of charcoal hamerfinish like my blaster stand and look at making the name plates
  2. Thank you all for the kind comments, Uk has been crossed off my list twice, so Canada and USA are still there, hope to get over to the other side of the world in the future
  3. I managed to find a travel pouch, hangs around the neck, has zip compartments, should be able to fit phone, keys, wallet, would fit behind a chest plate
  4. So no liquids 24hr's before and event LOL
  5. Welcome aboard, looking very nice there, good luck with approval
  6. Here are a few pic's assembled Some close up details More detailing Diffused light in action I have contacted a few places in the US to try to get some slings and a mounting bracket but not had any replies as yet, would look better complete with slings. If anyone is able to get a pair and a bracket cheap of course lol please pm me Very pleased with the end result, armor you better hurry up or it's a DLT-19 build LOL
  7. Whaaaatt lol, if I had armor I wouldn't need to build blasters You know Canada is one of those places I want to visit, used to work for a company here that where importing Bourgault farm machinery and met a few Canadians that came to tutor us in assembly. There is a trip I keep seeing advertised from Canada, clear top train ride through the mountains and an atric cruise, if only I had the funds. Can't see you paying $6000 for me to come build you a blaster LMAO
  8. Everything painted, stained, varnished, cleared, now it's just a matter of assembly Not sure about weathering as yet, may leave it in pristine condition for a while, then do some weathing down the track, I can see a sandtrooper armor build in the not too distant future, I have been bitten by the bug LOL. I do have plans and pic's for a DLT-19 so there may be a build coming to you soon
  9. Good luck with your build, will be watching
  10. Looking good there, you can allways hit the end of the pipe with a little heat, then put the cap on, it will compress the pipe a little so it will make it eaier to remove
  11. Nice to see you are back on track, you could allways print one yourself for the time being or even hand paint, you seem to have the skills. I find my lack of paint skills disturbing lol
  12. Very nice indeed, keep up the great work
  13. Glad to hear the bucket is back on track, well done Clamps
  14. Very nice work, puts my $6.00 toy gun electonics to shame LOL. Well done
  15. You are tooooooo kind Clamps. Just trying to whittle away the hours, waiting for armor ahhhhhhr, don't know how others do it LOL. Hopefully I have all the info, and I have a copy of the proposed new requirements to be listed soon, so I should be right aiming for Centurion from the start. Just waiting for that armor is ready to ship email
  16. Just love how quick this silver dries, now on with the black
  17. Hit the primer with some 400 wet and dry sandpaper, now to coat in some silver and black
  18. The smell of paint is in the air
  19. Nice photo's, think I may have to look at upgrading my electronics Great work Manuel (oh put some black on that sd card lol)
  20. Side pieces glued on, just some final detailing and sanding to go So bit of filling, sanding and now some stain
  21. Using the electronics from a $6.00 toy gun. Assembled on the front which is hidden in the pipe, added another speaker and a red hi-bright led Fitting a small micro swith, spring and trigger Found a small push battery light, using the front cover as it will give a nice look inside the pipe instead of just seeing the one led. Even with only one led the beam of light is quite intense.
  22. Looking good
