Looking good, don't think the eye screw up will be much of a problem I would probably try to sand a little bit more off on the sides so it matches, if you have a small gap it will help with ventilation. Keep up the good work

That is what I would recommend that way you keep the ridges on both the pieces

Marv has some nice T tracks, the rest as above but I would add that you don't need a internal barrel but I would suggest adding the 2 power cylinders

Doopydoo's do a full resin blaster, a kit for adding to a pvc pipe and also a add on kit for the Hasbro toy blasters, there are other options out there but I have used these with great success, have a look at the blaster links in my signature, also here is doopydoo's website

Ears are the worst, if you can do those you can do anything , looking good so far

Looking good, you will find most helmets are higher on one side to the other, you can adjust this but you end up with a larger gap on one side at the base, the ears should cover that. You will also notice that the underneath is not completely round, don't panic . You could clean up around the eyes a little more

Looking good, I used my mannequin at fist but it took too long to get the armor on and off so I just keep it in my carry box now. Have a tusken on the mannequin now, creepy bugger he is. On the blaster if you want to go centurion thne you would need another blaster as the Hasbro is not acceptable, but for EIB it is, really I would keep the Hasbro for trooping and just build another blaster and go all the way to centurion

Will look nice on a shelf, with dim light, in a back corner
