    I found adding a strip of fibreglass matting and resin behind joints helps to stop bondo cracking on clone armor.

    Nice work Jeroen. I did come across a tip while assembling clone armor, adding a strip of fibreglass matt and resin behind places that require bondo helps to strengthen the joint and stops the bondo cracking, may be worth a try.

    I would think as we need to use the correct boots for base TK approval then the same should be for base TFA, I think boots supplies will be available very soon so shouldn't really be a problem

    Or make the ribbed sections with an internal flap to allow the insertion of some foam to pack the gap for thinner arm/legs!

    I noticed on the screen used armor that the gaskets don't seem to be glued to the armor!

    With the rubber gaskets, do you think these would crack after some time of use as there looks as if the gaskets fold in a few places. I also have heard they where difficult to glue together, did anyone find anything that kept them glued?

    I find with ATA we can only have 2 and 1/2 ridges attached, the chest plate is different to others.
