If your GML is happy you can not worry about it, BUT if you have armor OCD like many of us do there are a few areas could be improved. Extra rigged piece on the bottom of the nose, there is also a raised curve area between not flat. You may also notice the top of the nose it at a point not straight. Lastly the lines on the upper areas under the eyes.

Firstly folks in the UK can not see Imgur images so a few of us have used different free image hosts, I'm currently using Flickr. Your height is pretty normal and should fit RS armor, perhaps have a look at other RS centurion applications and builds they may give you a better insight into what to adjust, here's a 5'10" RS, note the gap between the backplate and kidney. another 5'11" 6'

From the CRL: Back plate shall have no, or minimal overlap of the kidney plate. This is a L3 Centurion detail not for base approval. I suggest adjusting your strapping, you can see in this photo your backplate needs to come References Same with abdomen and kidney: For L3 Centurion , ideally there is no gap between the abdomen and kidney armor. Be aware that although not specifically listed in the CRL, this is a requirement for Centurion. Please also note how the tops of the ab/kidney connection are level.

Hopefully your forearms aren't that big. We have been spoilt with ATA and raised ridge areas, @ 15 mm between the ridges is standard, so from each ridge you would measure @7-8mm per side. You can see in my photo below how much of the ridges are left. You can also trim all of the return edges front and back if you wish, I left some as I have skinny arms. You want to make sure you can get your hand through the front of the forearms Cover strips are generally 15mm on forearms and biceps Front of the forearms for L3 Centurion, had to add some foam so they could sit central to the arm. How tall are you?, most armor makes can comfortably fit up to 6', anything over that is challenging. Adding extra strapping between the backplate and kidney would allow the backplate to come up.

Looking good, just a tip, I use some wire and gaffa tape inside so I can hang pieces so everything gets a full coat, also handy for drying.

Personally I think all you can do is try to equal the gaps between pieces, the armor itself is short and not much you can do about your height. In the end it's totally up to your GML (garrison membership liaison) if they will approve for basic, I would suggest reaching out and see what they say.

If you use the "direct link" or image with file extension, ie .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp etc your image will show in your post Trim in areas that touch, that will reduce the gaps, some great info below, also adding a step to the ear and backplate will help bring the ear in more Alignment, some makes of helmets are a little harder to achieve this, it is only a suggestion and should not impede approval. The "ideal" ear placement is as seen below, where the screws line up with the rear angle of the trap right above it. Because some armorers design their helmets differently or send them pre-assembled this is not always possible to achieve, but it is suggested that you try to get as close as you can. Note: Top ear screws should ideally be located directly below the rear of the trap. My go to threads for ears Some references of screen helmets, many had gaps
