  1. 16 penny nails are a bad idea...
  2. I just want to add, this is a project he had planned prior to Mandy's death and he just needs to raise funds to pay for the funeral costs. Once the kits are gone, they're gone. He is doing his best to honor his wife's memory and no deception is intended.
  3. I've had a LOT of practice! LOL!
  4. I've done "quick change" in about 5-6 minutes before, normally about 10.
  5. Looks Great!! Good Luck Trooper!
  6. I had 2 kids by then...lol! Mine is 4584, my late Father was born in '45 and I graduated High School in '84.
  7. Another Great one Everyone!! Thanks for all your hard work!!
  8. It also depends if it is finished or not, if it still needs painted, then don't wax it yet.
  9. Very nice build!! Good Luck Trooper!!
  10. I would leave it sealed until you are around to deal with it. The best way to clean fiberglass off is compressed air, so it makes a big mess. Needs to be done outside or in an area with lots of ventilation.
  11. Thanks to everyone that signed the book, it means a lot to him.
  12. Good luck, ATA is great!!
  13. Congrats Trooper!! Welcome to the Centurion Club!!
  14. Get better soon Vern!
  15. Thanks everyone.
  16. I am also passing on a note from Andy Zehner: guys... it would mean a lot if you could take a moment and sign her guest book for her funeral. you can find the link here... you were really her only tru friends... and she loved each of you... her family just didn't understand how she cared for you all. thank you http://obit.vangilderfuneralhome.com/wrapper_gb.php?id=1159048&task=add_form&clientid=vangilderfuneralhome&listing=Current
  17. I am posting this from the 501st website. The newly-formed Northern Darkness Garrison has lost one of their own. On Saturday, January 5th, Mandy Zehner, wife of NDG GWL Andrew Zehner, passed away unexpectedly. Mandy had acted as trooper support on several events in northern Indiana and, having just completed her own costume, was excited to join the 501st Legion as a member. She never got the chance to submit her application, but in the wake of her passing, her costume has been approved. She is now TK-51110, enshrined forever as one of our Eternal Legionnaires. Rest in peace, Trooper. You do not march alone. I am also making Mandy an Eternal Member of Fire Team 500. You will be missed Mandy...
  18. Happy New Year Troopers!!
