    You most likely have 2 bad cans of paint, if they are stored too long or in too cool of area, it can make to propellent weaken as well. Best bet is to buy new cans. You may also try to change the nozzle out with one that is working too.

    Welcome to the FISD! The best thing to do for those type of problems would be to post some pics of the armor while wearing it and of the inside of the problem areas.

    The Doopy's kit is made for pretty much all the Hasbro verisons from '95 on, I did mine on a white one that came in the orange box from 96 I believe, I also have a Star Tours white one that is identical too. I layered paint on starting with primer, then silver, then the black. This allowed weathering by scratching as well as dusting silver after the black was applied.

    I bought my Black Imperial Officer uniform and My TIE flightsuit @ Cosplay Sky: http://cosplaysky.com/. Both are great quality and approved right out of the package. With the flight suit, you get 2 designations in one, The above is an Imperial Crewman (IC) with the boxes on and TIE Reserve Pilot (TI) with them off. Technically, the boxes are optional, so they both can look the same.

    I used a Dirty Boy "Move Along" backpack, which is an approved Sandtrooper pack. There are a lot of details of packs on the MEPD site: http://www.mepd.net/ If you use a sandtrooper approved pack, it is easy to convert to sandtrooper in the future if you so want.
