  1. None toxic beware! none toxic shouldnt melt plastic.
  2. Congrats, 27555 good looking armor! I still need that belt trade tho.
  3. Before you glue them just make sure that they overlap the back piece enough. I would glue them on last, after you fit the torso armor to your body.
  4. Hi Doug, just get some paint thinner and a cloth and clean the paint off. Be sure to wash the helmet with warm soap and water afterwards. Then let it dry and start again.
  5. The ATA are 14.5" (36.83 cm). I read somewhere on here that TM XL shins are 2 inches longer than standard shins, not sure if it's true, but it would be great.
  6. You can pick some up at your local fabric store too. The hardware store also has 1" grey foam bars that you can cut into the size you need, they are in the weather strip section.
  7. The rt-mod kidney piece is actually not as roomy as the ata, but is a bit taller.
  8. I saw this paint at hd, but went with the hi performance since it's so glossy. The helmet I just painted had a little problem with the face plate, the primer coat may have been to heavy and the paint got weird and had to remove all the paint and redo it. The paint/primer combo sounds good if it turns out a hi gloss.
  9. Hi Jesse, what brand of polish did you use on the Clear Coat?
  10. Hey man, you look really good.. makes me wish I was 5'9" , 140LB
  11. Nice pic's Ingrid... I remember the first time I saw your helmet, the details looked so good I thought it was all decals. Great job!
  12. Looks like the shins are assembled correctly, but you glued the cover strip on the wrong side. AM shins are wacky, easy fix.
  13. Looking good Keith, makes me wish I was 145lb
  14. Congrats on your armor, be sure to get some lexan curved scissors to trim your armor ,they are easy to control. I used a dremal rotory tool to to trim the parts that could not be trimmed with the scissors. Be careful cutting with that tool you have there.
  15. The simple way to fix this would be to get a new sniper plate and glue it on. No rivets are allowed on the Centurion.
  16. I really like the ATA helmets, you get alot of bang for your buck..
  17. Very nice Jesse, is the ATA helmet easier to put together than an RS props kit.
  18. Avoid this auction! Buy from a vendor on this site. They like to say 501st approved to entice you.
  19. They should be about 7/16" diameter I use a 1/2 " bolt washer as a guide and use a pencil to trace the inside, just stay within the pencil marks.
  20. OH Man! They actually fit really well for being on the wrong side. I once glued the ab plate panel upside down.
  21. I dont know about all that, but I do try to be a gentleman.
  22. Thanks Ingrid, After Derek helped out at lego I felt I should help him out.
  23. Some progress, just have to finish the painting the ears.
  24. More than glad to help out Derek.
  25. Derek brought the helmet over today and I removed some of the excess paint with a Qtip and paint thinner. I trimmed the eyes out a little more and the teeth too. I"ll paint it when I have more time.
