  1. A huge THANK YOU to Mathias for a job well done! Congratulations Phil!
  2. For me, I put my pack on before my bells/biceps/forearms..that way I can get the pack set up nice and snug and I also put underneath my padded straps a small piece of black foam for added comfort. I've trooped my pack for 4+ hrs w/o any probs. I have a small nylon loop that I run thru the shoulder pouch then around the shoulder strap that allows the pouch to hang nicely in front of my bell. As far as carrying my T-21, I usually do just like the Sandy in ANH for the scene where their coming down the street before they meet up with Garindan. Hope this was helpful!
  3. Looks like a great build! Your probably maxed out in Height for ATA though judging by some of the gaps..the hand-painted details look great! Although the tube stripes look a little thick and slightly arrow-shaped but I could be just nit-pickin.. Good luck on your approval
  4. Your skills are AMAZING bro! LOVE my pack btw! Looking forward to seeing your parts kit for building our own..
  5. Congratulations man! Maybe see ya in November..
  6. Go over to the M.E.P.D. and look up Trooper1..he does pauldrons. They are the best! I have all 3 colors and they are top notch in all aspects
  7. I chose ATA and I love mine! Pretty darn easy to work with and looks great! But like a couple of the guys said before me, while your waiting start getting all the rest of the gear you need to complete your TK..boots, blaster, gloves..etc. Sandtroopers are way more expensive because of all the accessories..pack, BFG,pouches, pauldron..those add up pretty quick! And one thing that helped me was do your homework, study the build pics, approval pics, screen shots etc. All will help when you get your big brown box full off white armor in the mail.
  8. Kind of like Mark, I have a "Quartermaster" Move Along pack..but if I were you, I would look at the screen captures for the HWT pack and build it as close to that as possible..maybe check with Locitus and see how far you can go as to customizing to stay approvable.
  9. Sweet job bro! It fits you well, very clean build! Good luck man!
  10. Hey Christian! Cool, let us know when you have your TK done. Remember to check out the CRL's for the HWT when your done. If you have any issues with fixing your pack, contact "Quartermaster" or "Dirty Boy" over at the M.E.P.D. they will most certainly be of help. Have a good one!
  11. Great pics! Thanks for sharing..can't wait to see him at Emerald City Comi-con at the end of next month, beginning of March!
  12. Looks great for a TD! For a HWT you need to switch out the diamond knee plate, ab details and mellow out the weathering..it's supposed to be lightly scuffed (battle-worn) but not weathered like yours is. Your MG-34 is fine for a BFG..from what I can see is you're missing the bottle below the cistern on your pack as well as the bee stinger, and you'll need some detail shots of your side, knee and crotch rivets along with the helmet details. Rubber handplates are a must too.Submit your pics over at the M.E.P.D. they'll be most pleased with your armor! Nice job!
  13. "LIKE!" Frickin sweet bro! Will the electronics be available and easy to install on one of your guns that don't have it? Umm yeah.. scratch that..re-read your post will wait for an update, thank you!
  14. Don't know if you have ATA but I got them pretty quick from him.
  15. Great job man! The improvements paid off, welcome to the ranks!
  16. Dam that's a Badass set of armor! Looks so nice! Congrats and welcome to the ranks!
