  1. Hello everyone! I just wanted to share my future build which will be an ODST from Halo 3: ODST. I haven't started it yet, but today I got to buy 110lb cardstock paper for the whole build and a pic of how i should look once im done with this little project i've got. the deadline is may 25, which is the day of Puerto Rico's biggest cosplay event. And the good thing is that I haven't seen anyone cosplay an ODST before, so I'll be unique ! I will also build the smg which is the same as halo 3's except that it has a silencer on it. I will find a way to make it removable and attachable so you can go silenced or unsilenced Stay tuned, my printer has no ink so it won't print the pep files, but once i get the ink i will dedicate myself full-time to this build! See you later!
  2. This is awesome! I'm a Halo fan since the first game came out and I've always wanted to do an armor that's halo related. I want an ODST, I'd do it, but I have no clue how pepakura works so that's where I'm stuck :/
  3. New AM armor? where's the link to this thread?
  4. I do have an Xbox and I have xbox live, but sadly no BF3 my gamertag is "The Blue Pony" I used to love ponies and the blue color.. don't judge me
  5. I must admit that I'm not a very good player I just play for fun, I'm not a competitive type of player who rages every time I get killed
  6. I couldn't think of any other appropriate title for this thread, so I just named it Coffee time The point of this thread is just we just sit down and talk about ourselves. Our interests, hobbies and jobs.. etc. Things we haven't said before on FISD so others can get to know us better Seeing how different but yet so alike we're all at FISD at the end, united by the same love for Star Wars' white shiny troopers So, I'll start My full name is Juan Enrique Morales Rosario and I'm from the middle of nowhere in Puerto Rico, in a town called Naranjito. I was born on October 27th, 1992 ( my birthday's this saturday! woohoo) Naranjito is full of trees - everywhere! I think I should've chosen to be a Biker Scout at first since it seems to be more appropriate, considering where I live I'm currently studying Auto Body repair, but it's not entirely what I love. I might join the Navy or the Army once I graduate from where I'm studying and reach my weight goal. I'm going to the gym right now, started at 270 lbs and 4 weeks now later i've lost 5 pounds, so, making my actual weight 265. It's going VERY, VERY slow, but at least I'm making progress and that's what keeps me motivated My weight goal is 180. Perhaps, after I reach my goal I can sell or store my current AM armor and purchase another one. Maybe ATA, AP, RS or anything screen-derived. I also love video games, Metal Gear Solid is my favorite video game and my favorite movie so far is Casino Royale, the one with Daniel Craig. (I'm crossing my fingers, hoping that Skyfall will top it by MILES) The reason why I chose my fisd name "BananoPower22" is because when I was in middle school (7th grade I believe) I had my hair cut really, really short and I was ashamed of it for a while. I started using a yellow hoodie and used the hoodie part to cover my head so people wouldn't see my hair cut since I was incredibly ashamed of it . My friends started calling me Guineo, Platano, Banano (it's spanish for Banana). At first it made me MAD but after a while, my hair grew but the name stuck and everyone called me banano. Later at high school I started using it again and old memories came back and a friend said something like "the power of the banano is back!", we goofed around with the jacket for a while and ever since that moment, my name (secretly) on different websites and forums has been either BananoPower or BananoPower2. On fisd I had to use "22" because I tried signing up with BananoPower2 with a @hotmail.com account but said it was blocked for some unknown reason to me, so I created an @live.com account and added a second "2" to the name and it was accepted Well, I gotta run to the gym now, it's 10am right now! See you all later
  7. I've got it for PS3. And I've also got Resident Evil 6, for those who like playing Co-op. My ID is The-Blue-Pony
  8. I had a VT helmet, good helmet indeed. I haven't heard from VT in a good while and I haven't seen any helmets from him on eBay. My first guess is that he probably stopped selling them...
  9. Looking good fellow HWT. I originally thought the missile launcher was required for Centurion, but, after reviewing the crl again it looks like BFGs are now allowed for centurion.. I'll be applying for centurion soon then Sorry for the derail though, looking good. Good luck!
  10. Here's all of my costumes so far, but I want more.. I want a snow trooper and about three clones. (Ep 2, 3 white and a commander gree) so much to do and so little money..
  11. Very nice! I wish I could've seen it in person.
  12. I love Hero... I'd love to get one of Paul's Hero helmets in the future, totally worth the money
  13. Congrats! What made you choose that TKID specifically?
  14. Probably two or three days, I got help from an experienced local trooper (v7sg) who built his suit by himself and he helped me and we were very quick.
  15. If you want a hero helmet, I believe you should fill and sand the fourth teeth hole, repaint the frown obviously, get some three bumped ears and get some bubble lenses ---------- http://starwarshelmets.com/original-ANH-hero-Stormtrooper-armor-helmets.htm
  16. that's a fine helmet indeed! I don't know much about HDPE, do you have to sand it before painting it?
  17. Ouch... lousy shipping, but at least every piece is looking good! Have fun building your armor!
  18. That's awesome, I've always loved and wanted a clone shock trooper.. maybe some other time
  19. I'd go with E6000. It's strong and yet you can pull it apart and fix it if you need to.
  20. the doopy doos kit has the t tracks molded i think
