comming along nice Karin , what humbrol blue paint are you going for on the abb buttons french blue or midnight ? the color has always been a debate but i think most go with the French blue .

When iam using E6000 ont he finishing strips that go on to the armour parts i run a 3mm beed line right down the center of the armour parts and a 2mm beed line on the back of the finishing strips then earth magnet the parts together jobs a gooden , and hardley any overspill of glue i found with e6000 less is more

I wanted a replica ANH Helmet with the ripples and the bumps and i certenly got this with V3 Gino , just added some paint runs to get the look of the origanals , cant wait till Paul TM provides the bumpy helmet sorry mate dont mean to push you , but man TM Bumpy now that would be somthing . Pic below of the V3 bumps and ripples , its like that all round the back and the sides of the lid and some on the front .

Hi Mark , the paint is dry , but wont be able to do any detailing for a couple of weeks on holiday as from monday in Great Yarmouth , so i will crack on with it on my return . will see you at the three Darths on the saturday mate , looking forward to catching up
