Hi Karin could you make the handgaurds to have a bumpy effect in areas as seen in that photo ? it would also match some of the bumpy origanal helmets , just a thought

Somthing like this Eric , i have a bendy man manaquin stands at 10 .5 foot tall and the waist is 32 inch and 38 inch chest all about right for a stormtrooper , i got the manaquin on ebay a shop used one for £100 but they normally retail at £250 , let me know if you want anymore info

The chest plate is fitted to sit quite high and can easily be lowered by using a heat gun on the ribbed shoulder straps. Be carefull with the heat gun if your going to put it at the ribbed shoulder straps dont want to melt the ribbed sections , just a thought

Hi Simon , IN my imho i would say the TM Hero lid not just saying that because i have one but used to have a SDS hero to but it seemed to me well over sized and it was very thin to esayly cracked here are some photos of my TM Hero lid
