  1. The most common reason for sleep problems like that (as mentioned) is lack of regular exercise. Remember, one hour of exercise per day is worth more to the body than one hour of sleep. Another contributing factor is alcohol, especially those that have a drink more than 3 times per week. One last thing I would look at is Yoga (even if you're already exercising) It's excellent at creating mindfulness and self awareness. Hope it gets better!
  2. Hello Pablo, I would definitely give the interior a coat of white primer before painting. Also, you may want to evaluate whether truck bed liner would be the right stuff. Remember, you will be wearing that thing for hours on end and truck bed liner is a pretty harsh chemical. The fumes could be pretty bad.
  3. Thanks for the updates Nathan. Keep 'em coming if you can and let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
  4. Thanks for the update Nathan! Glad you are safe, keep us posted (if you can)
  5. Can your post pics Rob?
  6. I was pretty disgruntled this morning to have to shovel and clear the snow off of my car, until I heard what's going on in the Pacific. To all of our TK's and their families out there, be safe, you're in our thoughts.
  7. I used score and snap and curved tin snips, then sanded the edges. One tool I found invaluable was rare earth magnets. Post lots of pics!
  8. Awesome Stephen, looking forward to following this!
  9. Is that the same seller as the first one?
  10. Lookin' good Stephen, what are you going to use for the undercoat?
  11. Interested pending price. Looks awesome.
  12. Great Job T-dot! I really like the technique of dremeling the teeth, I'll be stealing that fo sho!
  13. Wow, those bumps are crazy on the TE2. Terry did a great job (as usual) on the ATA.
  14. The best policy is never show up any place unannounced, especially by yourself. If you're organizing a troop make sure the organizers let everyone involved know what's up. I've heard of guys just showing up in malls or Wal-marts kitted out, unannounced, they usually get asked to leave. Another thing that can land you in hot water is pointing your gun at kids. This comes up a lot at parades, they'll BEG you to do it, but don't.
  15. All of those guys are 501st. Same for the Space TV ones up here in Canada.
  16. The Doopydoos kit is designed for a 40mm pipe. Dashrazor is selling some pre-drilled ones here
  17. Awesome Matt, Mike's guide is top notch, looks like we learn something new everday
  18. I'm helping a new member with an ATA build and he's had the same problem. He fixed it by using heat gun to round it out the two pieces a little more, which makes it bigger and more similar to the left. Now it fits no problem.
  19. You did a good job on cutting the eyes and teeth out, lookin' good so far. I've never seen anyone rivet it together before hand, I remember having to do several test fits and adjustments with the ears before I got a good fit. Not sure if the rivets will help or hinder. Looking forward to seeing how it pans out.
  20. Here's my lid, I used the recommended holes (that's what she said --------
  21. If you use the recommended drill marks you will get a very low, almost Hero brow. If you want some white between the eyes, use them as a reference, then adjust until you get the desired amount of space.
  22. There's really no substitute for experience. I would focus on the blaster and read up on build threads specific to your make of kit. The more research the better prepared you will be. When you get the kit, resist the urge to tackle something visible like the helmet or chest. Start with something small, like a bicep, it's mostly covered anyways, so if you mess up it won't be as noticeable Go slow, measure twice, cut once, don't rush and try not to get frustrated. Also, engage your local garrisson, most have members that are willing to help out "shine-jobs" like yourself Of course, the most important is engage the community here on the forum, we're here to help too.
  23. Yep, yep, E-6000 is awesome stuff and doesn't stink like cement does. Use painters tape for the test fittings and remember to measure twice and cut once! You may also want to invest in rare earth magnets (if you haven't already) they will make your life a million times easier. Good luck! Matt
  24. Congrats Boss, thanks for all the hard work you put in to making this the best forum in the Galaxy!
