  1. Well I’m back. Life has been crazy since my last post. On with the torso assembly. I cut some strips to help in gluing the snap plates. I am starting the strapping on the chest, back plate and shoulders.

  5. Ok here we go! On behalf of the staff, I would like to thank all the entrants for their truly inspiring design submissions, these take time to put together and think creatively to come up with art work that is different from what we have had in the past, and we are grateful to have your talents in this fine detachment. All entries were placed into a Poll on which staff individually cast a vote. From this we determined the winner. Without further ado, the winner is Etrooper70 (Eric) Congratulations for a fantastic design!!

  14. Hi Richard, What I usually do to fit the thighs is to adjust both sides to the center and keeping aligned with the front cover strips too. In your case, If the bottom section feels good, just adjust the upper part as shown . Try first as you did in the last photos you posted. I should do this

  15. Thanks for your help! I really appreciate the visual - I'll be taking the same approach tonight. I'll let you know how it goes. And that's great feedback on the helmet. Just bought some helmet padding to fine-tune some how it sits on my head, but now that I have it in hand I'm not sure its right for what I have to do. I may also have to rethink how i'm balancing the electronics in there. Any tips on getting this to sit right?

  16. Thanks man! Means a lot coming from you. Still got a bit of fine tuning to take care of, but I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

  19. I have no issue with the taller piece sticking up, as the shoulder bell will cover it when wearing your armor, but I would suggest rounding it out as seen below. That point on the return edge could cause some discomfort.

  20. Looks like you have done some research there Looking forward to seeing the progress, good luck

  22. Backplate would be dropping down as your ab is coming up. I would suggest tighter strapping between the ab and chest, if there is no room because of the brackets I would add additional chest strapping and keep the brackets for show I use adjustable straps with my ab/chest connectors and snap plates I don't have a photo handing of the inside so here is a similar one
