MaskedVengeance[Staff] Posted June 18, 2025 Report Posted June 18, 2025 Ooooooo always great to see an ANH-Hero submission! Good luck Angie! 1 Quote
TheRascalKing[TK] Posted June 18, 2025 Report Posted June 18, 2025 Hey Angie - it's not really standard practice to include photos of someone else's armor in your submission and I can see this leading to confusion. The DOs will use the CRL and screen reference in their review and do not need these additional images, so I would suggest removing them for clarity. Good luck with your submission! 1 Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted June 18, 2025 Report Posted June 18, 2025 I would echo Justin's post, please only use your own photos for your submission, you are also missing an Action Photo, thread on using the right background for action photos You can find EIB photo checklist here Good luck with your submission 1 Quote

TKSpartan[Staff] Posted July 2, 2025 Report Posted July 2, 2025 Hi Angie, sorry for delaying. We're almost ready to place that new star on your EIB badge. Just need a couple of fixes that are Basic and EIB level requirements: 1- TD caps and position: There should be more gap ,(control panel to endcaps). Please check the dimensions of the TD endcaps according to the references . Reference images Basic Level: The white control panel raised ribbed pad faces the rear, with the controls/round washer style detail closest to the right end cap. We noticed the TD clip is sticking out of the Belt and this may be causing it to face a bit down. Try relocating it correctly. 2- CRL L2: Sniper knee plate must be aligned with the ridges on the shin. The ridges on the top do not align with the ridges on the top of the shin as required for level 2. You will need to relocate then a little. Reference Images Just a few step and you'll be done. ! Stardust665[TK] Posted October 7, 2025 Author Report Posted October 7, 2025 Hi All RS Prop master has remade both pieces with the comments I forwarded to them from this thread. I have retaken photos with new pieces for your consideration. 1 Quote
Doggydoc[Staff] Posted October 14, 2025 Report Posted October 14, 2025 Hi Angie, Thank you for making the requested corrections for your EIB application. Your thermal detonator looks much better and is now good to go. Unfortunately, the sniper knee plate on the left shin is still not positioned correctly. I know this must be frustrating but we want to keep the approval requirements consistent between applicants. References On the above photo, the blue line shows the path of the top of the ridge of the shin armour. The red line shows the path of the top of the ridge of the sniper plate. These two lines should follow the same path as you can see in the references. One other thing you may consider is trimming the angle a bit deeper on the knee plate. This would make it more screen accurate but is not required for EIB approval. 1 1 Quote

TKSpartan[Staff] Posted January 19 Report Posted January 19 Hi Angie, and thank you for your new EIB application! I apologize for the delay with your approval. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted, and on behalf of the entire D.O. staff we are pleased to welcome you to the rank of Expert Infantry. Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly; In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor, and please keep in mind that we consider both text (CRL) and pictures (screen caps/reference images) when reviewing submissions. Looking at your back thighs section and rear armor, it looks like you could trim a little to avoid possible armor bytes when walking around. Reference Images The raised ridges should be aligned. A simple dressing issue easy to fix. The other leg looks perfect. Reference Images *************************************************** Centurion Requirements: In this section we prepare you for our highest tier of approval. Because Centurion photos must show more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Level 3 might be seen there and not here and additional photos may be required. We try to point out all that we can from what we are able to clearly see, but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. Centurion level is all about accuracy, Your biceps looks a bit too wide for your forearms. They should be reduced in size slightly for a better fit for level 3. Reference Images CRL L3: CRL L3: The top of the ABS ammo belt should sit at or just above the bottom of the central and vertical abdomen button panels. The belt should sit with the top of the ABS portion just above the bottom of the lowest button on the large ab button panel. This can easily be achieved with a bit of velcro between the belt and the abdominal armour to hold the belt up. Reference Images CRL L3: Drop boxes are vertically aligned with the end of the ammo belt with minimal gap between belt and box. The Left Drop Box is prfectly aligned, the right one is a bit too far in. Most Troopers use to add a bit of glue to the drop box elastic to keep them in place Reference Images CRL L3: The corners of the plastic ammo belt shall be trimmed at a 45 degree angle that that meets the outer edge of the cloth belt. In my case with my RS props Armor I have fixed it by trimming the top section of the canvas belt just before the stitching line. Reference Images And that's all Trooper! Congratulations for your second Expert Infantry award !! 1 Quote
