Daetrin[Admin] Posted December 22, 2008 Report Share Posted December 22, 2008 Having owned both ABS and HIPS armor I will say that both are suitable for trooping. My HIPS TE2 is holding up just fine, though it's only been a year. That said, ABS will take abuse that HIPS just can't. Heatshock[501st] Posted December 22, 2008 Report Share Posted December 22, 2008 its all down to pro/cons doesnt it, and wot u want to do with the armour HIPS is less durable than ABS, but holds sharper details unlike Paul - I wouldnt play football in my TK armour - HIPS or ABS wouldnt matter ;P there are people who are more active during a troop, do walkathons, etc or u can just be the mean 'bah - hum-bug' kinda TK who just menaces the kids Nate Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
