1. Thanks!

Just waiting for my new Computer to arrive this week and I'll show new pics☺(Its hard with my phone...)

Regards
2. Hi!
After a long break in the hobby I finally decided to build a ANH Stormtrooper for standing next to my Vader display
This suit kit is from an unknown maker and is made from styrene (so it needs to get painted). As I got it without a helmet I got myself last year a Laws HDPE helmet kit which I think matches the rest of the suit.
This week I started with a rough trimming and cutting, also glued some of the arm And leg parts and worked on the helmet.
Please let me know what you think :-)
Regards from Germany !
Robert
3. Hi, thanks for the input! I´ve had some major problems with the glue I used for the assembly of my suit. It was too aggresive and destroyed some of the areas on the suit. I´ve got some spare parts, but tried to save the upper legs, but it doesn´t look good. For this reason I had to cut off the damaged sides of each upper leg; now I´ve glued them together again but I´m now in conflict with myself if it´s any good. What do you think? thanks!
4. Hi, Ok this week I´ve nearly finished my suit. I just need some boots and a neckseal to make it complete. I put it on a female mannequin to display it-It looks much better than on my old male mannequin. The old one was to big and it didn´t look right. Here are some pics: Please let me know what do you think. Happy 2009!
5. I think the AP would be better for trooping. It is made from ABS plastic,so it´s very durable, etc..
6. Yeah- that looks great. Very good job!

13. I´m just wondering on the drop boxes of the belt. I´m not really sure what was used in ANH? Elastic or something else to hold them in place?
14. nice helmet!
15. Please let me know what you think.
16. Hi, Ok- I did some small progress today: The Themal Detonator still needs some more trimming, I had not the time for finishing all the trimming yet. thanks and regards, Joshy
17. Thanks! I´m still waiting for my E600 glue. Hope I´ll get it soon.
18. Hi, yes I want to upgrade the elastic belt with a canvas one too because it looks better. Here are some new progress pics: I´ve finished the handplates and shoulders, and attached some snaps on the ab plate for the belt, etc... As well as some 2" white elastic for the chest front & back.
19. Maybe AP includes velcro only in the newer kits. When have you ordered your kit?
20. That´s a roll of velcro. I used Humbrol #15 for blue and Humbrol #5 for grey
