AP/TE2 Armor......which one to best suited for trooping

hey guys

 

ok so ive decided after many discussions with some troopers to either go with AP or TE2.... my question is will the styrene TE hold up to some trooping?? or should i go with the AP??....im wanting screen accuracy and i know both are good choices i just wanted opinions from the pros

I think the AP would be better for trooping. It is made from ABS plastic,so it´s very durable, etc..

Having owned both ABS and HIPS armor I will say that both are suitable for trooping. My HIPS TE2 is holding up just fine, though it's only been a year.

 

That said, ABS will take abuse that HIPS just can't. I've played a few downs of football in ABS, something I would never dare to do in HIPS.

its all down to pro/cons doesnt it, and wot u want to do with the armour

 

HIPS is less durable than ABS, but holds sharper details

 

unlike Paul - I wouldnt play football in my TK armour - HIPS or ABS wouldnt matter ;P

 

there are people who are more active during a troop, do walkathons, etc or u can just be the mean 'bah - hum-bug' kinda TK who just menaces the kids
