Clock built into helmet

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

So after trooping events, I sometimes find it annoying not being able to find out what time it is. So I was thinking maybe there is a way to get a clock installed into my helmet.

After doing some research on ways of making it so I could do this with light weight, I came up with the idea of a small projector that shoots out the time.

Here is my solution:-----------

It's super cheap first off. Like $2.50?! So I figured I'd pick up two of these and try them out.

Has anyone done this or thnks this might be a good idea? Curious about your opinions on this.

Even if it can't be in a helmet, could still be a cool belt accessory, or else I wonder if you take it apart put one in a comlink?

Exactly, I will try this out and post on here in a few weeks and let you guys know if it worked or not.

I think your best solution would be a simple button activated audiable speaking clock to an ear piece or similar. It's hard enough as it is to see inside a trooper lid.

A feature that I'm working in to my blaster is a -----------. As an added bonus I can fire my blaster as a starting gun and it will activate the stop watch :D. We'll see how this goes, but I think it will be pretty handy.

Has anyone else tried working a clock in to their kit?
