Your right I think I did over trim the thighs. I'll turn them inwards a bit more and pray when I get my pouches they will cover some of it so it won't be that noticable heh. As for the shins, I'll need to switch that around. What can take off Velcro? And I'll need to take off the flash that hides the seam, how do I take take that off? It's being held by e6000 glue.

too short for a stormtrooper? nope.....to skinny? HELL YES! LOL got my under armor in and needless to say I had my first real test fit! I will need to adjust elastic on the thighs, add foam on pretty much everything. I've used caulk to fill a gap. Just make sure you sand and paint when it drys

Snaps on the front inside of the thighs and snaps on the ab and connect it with elastic, that's what I have. Some people like useing a belt so they don't have the snaps on the ab.

You have a really good list of things to get, that's basicly all of the supplies you'll need. May I recomend for the snaps. Get Tandy leather snaps, and don't fear the setter and anvil that you use to make them, it releases lots of stress heh. Have fun and take your time! Measure twice and cut once is what I learnd....the hard way

I've used it on my ATA suit and that's HIPS it's awesome

I'll probibly replace it at some later point....but right now I'm good with it
