    Live Chat?

Just in case, I want to give some interesting addresses: https://blueimp.net/ajax/ http://www.phpfreechat.net/ http://www.mibbit.com/ http://www.chabotc.com/javascript/webchat-20-first-release/ These are different AJAX chat (some are IRC) clients for websites. Some can be integrated while some can be used with external servers. I don't know if these are useful, but it doesn't hurt to pay it a visit. But not V'Pier, he needs to concentrate on assembling his TK. P.S: Should this be moved to Tech Center?
  2. It's sad to hear this mate, but it's been a pleasure dealing with you. Good service from a very nice fellow. I hope things sort out for you pretty soon. Cheers.
  3. That's great Greg! You're one step nearer.
  4. Contact Smitty. He has nomex gloves (there's a thread at the Sales forum if you want to see.)
  5. I'd say vinyl.
  6. Great idea Paul! I too think Stomper, Nathan (9135), Smitty and Mike (4150) deserve the award. How about dedicating some time for nominations (two weeks?) with a specific thread and then putting up a poll with nominees' names for voting? (maybe two more weeks?) Just a thought.
  7. I'm with Mark. I prefer a KISS approach. It's more screen accurate, less work and cheaper.
  8. Hi Keith. There are many options available. Basically you have screen accurate armor (AP, TE2 and many other) or original molds armor (mostly FX type, RT-MOD and TM). TM is so good that it is usually considered as good as screen accurate. You can take height and weight into consideration, but with appropiate work you can wear any armor, regadless of height or size. Take your time to read a little and if you have any question just ask. Cheers.
  9. I plan to go all the way with my AP I mean 501 status + EIB in one go. So I'll need a lot of help when my armor arrives. I'll make a building thread so you can tutor my progress. The hardest part will be the blaster. I plan to build mine following BBC's plans. But I'll probably order a kit so I can troop sooner. I'll see...
  10. My thoughts exactly.
  11. I searched to see if it has been posted before and found nothing, so here it goes: From left to right and top to bottom: Harrison Ford (Han Solo), David Prowse (Darth Vader), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca), Carrie Fisher (Leia), Mark Hamill (Luke) and Kenny Baker (R2D2). Edited: And in color... I hope you like it (and sorry if it has already been posted.)
  12. Awesome Rolf! Are you making a sandtrooper?

    A Quick Thanks

Very glad to have you around Eric!
  14. That's a Don Post Standard 1988 helmet. More info here.
  15. That's until you see your first Femtrooper...
  16. Congrats Michelle! I'm hoping to be part of the 501st soon...
  17. Frank, yes, I believe those are OK. They have the big elastic "U" on the side.
  18. That's very nice of you. And I'm sure a lot of people here in Europe will appreciate it.
  19. INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! Just when I was starting to feel a little sad and desperate seeing everybody with their new armors and me without my AP I just received an e-mail telling me that IT'S READY!!! Happy, happy! Joy, joy! It must be the good vibes from this forum. Oh boy! I can't express how happy I am. There's no emoticon to express my feelings, but in in lack of a better alternative I'm going to use this: He, he, soon it'll be me who'll need help about the armor.
  20. But... I CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER, I NEED MY ARMOR! Man! this wait is killing me. I need the smell of freshly baked ABS, gloriously shaped in a screen accurate way! I need the cutting and the sanding, the glueing and the snapping. I need the smell of Humbrol paint, the little cuts in my fingers, the sound of the Dremel in my ears... I want my AP... There, I needed to say it. Feel better now. Thanks for your understanding.
  21. Awesome, Mat!
  22. The model looks good (large elastic "U" on the side) but I don't know if paint will stick. Maybe someone has experience with PVC boots?
  23. Is there a way to send spray paint cans internationally? As far as I know products with content under pressure can't be shipped outside of most countries and can only be moved by ground transport. Edit: by ship is possible, but tedious, time consuming and expensive for individuals.
