I have it on good authority (AA lol) that there was only one helmet mould. Plus many other sources. Starwars helemts, book etc. A hero looks wider cos the face is squatter plus the mouth is narrower. So it's an illusion it's wider. You just see more white. If you can succesfully fill that hole Paul then go for it. You can kind of cover a mishap with the grey frown paint anyway? That said, my hero lids, I always end the grey frown in between the 3rd and forth tooth anyway. Is this a total respray. BTW, I can send you hero ears if you like?

It greatly depends on the size of plastic you're heating and pulling dude? Plus how deep some of your moulds will be 25inHg should be fine. So go for the larger one

A few of us had a a similar chat with Steve Sansweet in the UK. As may have been said in this thread, so forgive me, it's all to do with the top thigh curve meeting your groin area. Cut the ab plate under the belt as that helps too. There is a topic on here about reintroducing a return edge to cut ABS plastic.....so if you do have to cut it down you can reintroduce that inner folding curve no problem

There's an L shaped bracket that has 4 drill holes in it. 2 on each face The top 2 holes are used to help put line up the brass screws that hold the scope on the rail. The L shaped bracket then holds the box with another 2 screws. Proper counters have a plastic casing on the lower half, this is drilled onto the other face of the L bracket

I'm 5.6 and look cool. lol Just trim a bit out of the ab plate where your belt covers it. I cut about 2 inches so the ab buttons come down lower. Also cut the top of the cod part so it can sit higher. Or.....stand in cow manure for a bit? Eat all your crusts. Finish all your dinner 5.6 is fine dude. It's cutting it, but it's fine

:Lots of people make Hovi mic tips but to be honest I use metal ones. Ian Sutton TK7903 makes tips but I think they're resin. As for my tutorial, without explaining it all again which bit are you confused on dude? I got those mylar speakers from maplin here in the UK. Just get an equivelant with you there. Any electrical outlet store should have some, Radioshack with you guys right? Mesh can come from a car bosy repair place. They use mesh to line a hole and then cover it with resin, sand and spray over. I think a chap called Keith (not much help I know lol) makes metal aerators, they dont need to be metal though, just hollow.
